Domotik nasce nel 2002 come distributore specializzato in
automazione per edifici, il suo staff è composto da tecnici con
trentennale esperienza maturata in aziende leader mondiali di
automazioni e motoriduttori.
Da subito seleziona ed acquisisce fornitori per la distribuzione
di motori tubolari e di automatismi per serramenti, persiane
avvolgibili, tende da sole e domotica.
Si rivolge con passione e competenza tecnica a produttori di
tapparelle, tende da sole, serramentisti, installatori, progettisti
e architetti.

and doors, roller blinds, sun shades and building automation.

possibile quindi aprire o chiudere la tapparella o la tenda anche in mancanza

CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA
ORDINE E CONFERMA D’ORDINE
Tutti gli ordini devono essere trasmessi in forma scritta a mezzo fax, posta o posta elettronica. La data
dell’ordine è quella del ricevimento del documento e non quella indicata sul documento stesso. Al
ricevimento dell’ordine viene emessa la conferma d’ordine completa di tutte le condizioni ed il dettaglio
dei prezzi applicati e viene inviata al cliente per il controllo e l’accettazione. Quest’ultima deve essere
effettuata in forma scritta con l’apposizione della firma nella casella “firma per accettazione” e rispedita a
DOMOTIK. A questo punto la commessa si ritiene a tutti gli effetti confermata e viene passata in produzione
per l’approntamento. Se entro 48 ore dall’invio della conferma nulla pervenisse, la stessa sarà ritenuta
tacitamente accettata in tutte le sue parti.
SPEDIZIONI E DATA DI CONSEGNA
La data di consegna viene riportata indicativamente nella conferma d’ordine. Particolari esigenze verranno
di volta in volta considerate con il cliente compatibilmente con gli impegni di produzione. Eventuali ritardi
imputabili a causa di forza maggiore non potrà annodare diritto a richieste di alcuna indennità di danni né
all’annullamento dell’ordine. La merce è sempre resa franco fabbrica e può essere, a richiesta, resa franco
destino con addebito in fattura.
PREZZI
I prezzi esposti sono in EURO. Il presente listino può essere modificato in qualsiasi momento senza obbligo
di preavviso qualora aumentassero i costi di qualsiasi genere. I prezzi non includono IVA, spese bancarie e
ogni altro aggravio fiscale.
PAGAMENTI
I pagamenti dovranno essere effettuati a mezzo ricevuta bancaria nei termini concordati, salvo particolari
accordi con DOMOTIK. In caso di ritardo o irregolarità nei pagamenti DOMOTIK si riserva di applicare
quanto disposto dalla direttiva europea 2000/35/CE in materia di pagamenti e sospenderà immediatamente
tutte le forniture fino all’incasso del credito scaduto. Pagamenti effettuati con assegni o effetti si intendono
accettati salvo buon fine. Le merci vendute si intendono cedute sottocondizione sospensiva con riserva di
dominio sino a totale pagamento delle stesse.
GARANZIA
I motori della serie M hanno 5 anni di garanzia. i motori della serie CS, R , S e tutti gli altri prodotti
hanno 2 anni di garanzia.
APPLICAZIONE DELLA GARANZIA
La garanzia copre i difetti di costruzione ed è limitata alla riparazione o alla semplice sostituzione del pezzo
riconosciuto come difettoso, senza altri risarcimenti di sorta o prolungamenti della garanzia. DOMOTIK
non accetta alcun ritorno di merce senza aver preventivamente dato il proprio accordo. I pezzi sostituiti in
garanzia restano di proprietà di DOMOTIK. Le spese di spedizione, anche per articoli riparati in garanzia,
sono a carico del cliente sia all’andata che al ritorno dei prodotti inviati. La garanzia viene applicata
esclusivamente sui prodotti DOMOTIK e non sul progetto o sistema in cui sono inseriti e comunque senza
alcun obbligo di intervento sul luogo dell’applicazione, ma esclusivamente presso l’officina di fabbricazione.
LIMITE DELLA GARANZIA
La garanzia non copre i difetti risultanti: dalla normale usura, dal trasporto, da una messa in opera errata
o dal non rispetto degli schemi di montaggio, da un utilizzo non conforme alle specifiche tecniche (cioè
applicazioni diverse dalla motorizzazione di tapparelle e tende da sole avvolgibili nell’ambito residenziale)
e in generale, dalle condizioni di stoccaggio, di utilizzo o ambientali non appropriati o non previsti al
momento della commissione. La garanzia decade immediatamente se il prodotto viene manomesso e se i
motoriduttori vengono utilizzati per altri scopi o con accessori elettrici e meccanici non omologati dal nostro
servizio tecnico. DOMOTIK non si assume alcuna responsabilità per danni diretti e indiretti a persone e cose
derivanti da una installazione elettrica e meccanica errata e comunque non conforme a quanto riportato
nel libretto di istruzioni. Le spese relative allo smontaggio ed al rimontaggio del materiale in garanzia non
possono in alcun caso essere prese in considerazione.
UTILIZZO DEI PRODOTTI ED INSTALLAZIONE
Devono essere prese tutte le precauzioni necessarie al fine di garantire una installazione a regola d’arte per
un corretto funzionamento del sistema motore / applicazione. Devono essere rispettati i carichi nominali per
cui i motori sono progettati e costruiti, gli indici di protezione (IP44) riportati sull’etichetta identificativa,
e le avvertenze e limitazioni per montaggio e installazione indicate nelle istruzioni allegate al prodotto.
I motori ed automatismi DOMOTIK sono stati studiati e realizzati per applicazioni su prodotti di chiusura e
di protezione solare nell’edilizia (tapparelle, tende, screen etc.) che non richiedono un uso intensivo. Tali
prodotti devono essere installati sempre e comunque secondo le normative elettriche (CEI) e altre norme
di legge specifiche vigenti. Qualora i prodotti DOMOTIK siano rivenduti a terzi, questi dovranno accettare
le condizioni di garanzia contemplate da DOMOTIK. Le responsabilità di DOMOTIK verso terze parti non
potranno essere maggiori di quelle che DOMOTIK ha verso il primo acquirente diretto.
RIPARAZIONI
La riparazione viene effettuata entro 4 settimane dal ricevimento del materiale al nostro magazzino. Se il
cliente desidera ricevere un preventivo di spesa per la riparazione, questo deve essere specificato in fase
di “richiesta di autorizzazione al reso”. Anche nel caso in cui l’articolo non presenti alcuna difettosità, e
quindi venga controllato e collaudato o venga considerato non riparabile, DOMOTIK provvederà all’addebito
di E 10,00 per ogni prodotto. Le spese di imballo e trasporto sono a carico del cliente sia per la spedizione
a noi che per il reso.
IMBALLAGGIO
Al ricevimento della merce il cliente deve constatarne il buono stato e fare le dovute riserve al trasportatore
indicandole sul Documento di Trasporto. La merce, anche se resa in porto franco con o senza addebito in
fattura, viaggia a rischio e pericolo del destinatario.
CONTROLLI E RECLAMI
Il destinatario deve controllare le merci all’arrivo. La verifica comporta lo stato, il peso, la quantità e la
tipologia del prodotto fornito. Nessun reclamo potrà essere preso in considerazione trascorsi 10 giorni dal
ricevimento della merce. Per eventuali controversie si intende unico competente il foro di Padova.

ORDER AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
LIMIT OF WARRANTY
All orders shall be sent by fax, mail or email. The order date corresponds to the date that the document
is received and not the date specified within the document. When the document is received, an order
confirmation is issued containing all the conditions and detailed pricing; the order confirmation is sent to
the customer who will check and sign it. The order will be definitely accepted after the customer has signed
within the “acceptance” box and has sent the order back to DOMOTIK. Now the order is confirmed and will
be the executed. If, within 48 hours from the order confirmation, the acceptance is not received, the order
conditions and terms will be considered as accepted.
The warranty does not cover defects due to normal wear, transportation, incorrect installation or inobservance
of the assembling diagrams, incorrect use of the technical specifications (i.e. applications different from the
motorization of rollers and sun curtains for domestic use) and in general due to storing, use or environmental
conditions that do not conform or are not foreseen at the moment of the order. The warranty is immediately
void if the product is tampered with and if the gear motors are used for other purposes or if electrical and
mechanical accessories that are not homologated by our technical service are used. DOMOTIK does not take
any responsibility for indirect and direct damage to people and objects deriving from an incorrect electrical
and mechanical installation or an installation that does not comply with the instruction booklet. The expenses
relevant to disassembling and re-assembling the material under the warranty will never be reimbursed.
SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY DATE
The delivery date specified within the order confirmation is just an indication. Particular needs will be
considered from time to time with the customer in accordance with the production schedule. Delays due to
force majeure will not entitle the customer to claim any right of indemnity or order cancellation. The goods
are delivered ex works but, by request, goods can be delivered free at destination with costs charged in
the invoice.
PRICES
The prices are in EUROS. This price list can be modified at any time without prior notice in the event of an
increase of costs. Prices do not include V.A.T. taxes, bank charges and any other tax.
PAYMENTS
Payments shall be done by cash order according to the agreed conditions, except if there are special
agreements with DOMOTIK. In the event of a delayed payment or an irregular payment, DOMOTIK reserves
the right to apply the provisions of European directive 2000/35/EC relevant to payments and will suspend
the supplies until the due credit is settled. Payments by checks or bill of exchanges will be accepted upon
collection. The sold goods are delivered with the condition that they belong to DOMOTIK until they are
completely paid.
WARRANTY
M-series motors are guaranteed for 5 years. CS-series motors, R, S and all other products are
guaranteed for 2 years.
APPLICATION OF WARRANTY
The warranty covers the manufacturing defects and limits itself to the repair or replacement of the faulty part.
No other reimbursements or warranty extensions will be granted. DOMOTIK does not accept returns without
having agreed upon them beforehand. Single or return shipment expenses, even for items repaired under the
warranty, are charged to the customer. The warranty is applied exclusively on the DOMOTIK products and not
on the project or system where they are inserted. In any case, there is no obligation for DOMOTIK to intervene
on the installation place but exclusively at the manufacturing workshop.
PRODUCT USE AND INSTALLATION
All necessary precautions must be taken to guarantee a correct installation for the proper operations of the
motor/application system. The nominal charges, according to which the motors were designed and produced,
must be respected as well as the protection indexes (IP44) shown on the identification plate and the warning
and limitations for the assembly and installation specified within the instructions attached to the products.
The DOMOTIK motors and the automatisms were designed and manufactured for the applications on closure
and solar protection products for buildings (such as awnings, curtains, screens etc.) which are not used
intensively. However, these products must be installed according to the electrical regulations (CEI) and other
specific law regulations in force. If the DOMOTIK products are resold to third parties, they must accept the
guarantee conditions stated by DOMOTIK. The responsibility of DOMOTIK to third parties must not be higher
than the responsibility that DOMOTIK has towards the first direct purchaser.
REPAIRS
The repair is carried out within 4 weeks from the receipt of the material. If the customer wants to have an
estimate for the repair, this request shall be specified within the “request for authorization for the return item”
form. Even if the item is not faulty and is checked and tested or considered as not repairable, DOMOTIK will
charge € 10,00 per item. Packaging and transportation expenses to and from the company will be charged
to the customer.
PACKAGING
When the goods are received, the customer shall check their conditions and communicate any detected
problem to the carrier. The goods, even delivered with carriage free, are carried under risk of the receiver.
CHECKS AND CLAIMS
The receiver shall check the goods at their arrival. The check will consider the condition, weight, quantity and
typology of the supplied product. No claim will be accepted after 10 days from the receipt of the goods. Any
controversy will be solved by the Court of Padua.
