La SOEMA è stata fondata nel 1985 a Recanati, nella regione
italiana delle Marche, da Enzo Fava, progettista meccanico, e
Giuseppe Manfredini, progettista industriale.
In un’officina di appena 300m2 questi due tecnici talentuosi,
che da oltre cinque anni operavano già nel settore nuovo e
particolarmente stimolante dei sistemi elettronici per l’igiene,
perseguivano idee all’avanguardia guardando ad un futuro
popolato di brevetti e di prodotti innovativi che andavano ben
oltre le aspettative del mercato e le richieste dei loro clienti.
Tramite la loro ispirata maestria, la SOEMA si è conquistata in
modo eccelso il suo spazio soddisfacendo le richieste dei settori
professionali più svariati e cominciando sin da subito ad avere
un ruolo dominante in un segmento di mercato molto esigente.
Oggi siamo orgogliosi di poter operare, svolgere attività di
ricerca e sviluppo, progettare e fabbricare i nostri prodotti in un
moderno stabilimento di 17.000 m2 utilizzando i programmi più
avanzati ed i macchinari più efficienti disponibili nel settore.
SOEMA was set up in Recanati the Marche region of Italy
in 1985 by Enzo Fava a Mechanical Designer and Giuseppe
Manfredini an Industrial Designer.
In a 300m2 workshop, these two talented technicians who
had already being working for more than five years in the
challenging new field of Electronic Sanitary Equipment,
pursued these modern ideas and visioned the future with
innovating products and patents that exceeds customer and
market requirements.
Through their inspired craftsmanship SOEMA targeted
solemnly the field of professional necessities, dominating early
this demanding segment.
Today we are proud to function, research, design and
produce in a modern facility of 17.000 m2 using the most
effective programs and machinery our industry has.

Electronic hand-drier with coaxialtype motor equipped
with a turbine which creates high air flow capacity thereby
reducing drying times. An infrared photocell circuit
activates the air flow when the user’s hands are within the
sensors range and interrupts it when they are moved out of
the detection range: power consumption is thus restricted to
the effective time of operation.
By fitting GHIBLI onto bracket STGHIBLI, the hand-drier
becomes a practical hair-drier.
GHIBLI is particularly suitable for such places as factories,
industrial kitchens, hotels and restaurants, service areas,
swimming pools, gym clubs, camping sites, etc. The vandalproof unit, made of 1.5 mm-thick AISI 304 polished stainless
steel.
It is fitted with a fixed air flow nozzle.

Sanificazione e Legionella/Sanification and legionella
Gli ambienti acquatici, naturali e artificiali, costituiscono
l’habitat ideale per la proliferazione del batterio Legionella.
Negli impianti d’acqua calda sanitaria, in cui c’è una media
temperatura e soprattutto condizioni di stagnazione, i batteri
si annidano e si moltiplicano. Per contrastare l’insorgere del
fenomeno prevenzione, gestione e manutenzione attente
risultano essenziali. Le cose da fare sono molte: implementazione delle linee principali degli impianti con un sistema
di ricircolo, inserimento nell’impianto di un agente chimico
sanificante (o acqua bollente) e, non meno importante delle
precedenti l’impiego di un efficiente e ricorrente flussaggio
attraverso i terminali.
A questo scopo è nato il progetto SANA SYSTEM di Soema
il cui sviluppo ha portato alla creazione di una gamma di
apparecchi elettronici programmabili atti alla produzione e
al controllo automatico del flussaggio. Questi apparecchi
sono l’ideale per l’installazione in una ampia gamma di posti
come scuole, ospedali, alberghi, piscine, palestre, ecc., in
cui si abbia un sistema di sanificazione e lo si voglia rendere
efficace ed efficiente.
Both natural and artificial water environments are the ideal
habitat for the spreading of the bacterium Legionella. In
sanitary hot water installations, where the level of water
temperature is medium and water tends to stagnate, bacteria hide and spread.
To prevent this phenomenon, it is essential to carry out
prevention and careful periodic maintenance.
This can be done by implementing the main lines of the
installations with a recirculation system, by introducing a
disinfecting chemical agent (or boiling water) in the system
and, last but not least, by using an efficient programmed
water flow at each outlet.
For this purpose, Soema has come up with the project
SANA SYSTEM leading to the creation of a whole range of
programmable electronic devices for delivery and automatic
control of the water flow. These systems are particularly
recommended in such places as schools, hospitals, hotels,
swimming-pools, gym clubs, etc. in order to improve the
performance and efficiency of the existing sanification
systems.
Il flussaggio consiste nell’erogazione periodica e controllata
di una certa quantità d’acqua da un terminale di un impianto
(rubinetto, doccia, ecc). Il sistema di flussaggio automatico
Soema è composto da: uno o più flussatori (SANA FLUS,
SANA SEMP, SANA BASIC, SANA RAIN, SANA C618xxx), un
palmare SANA PAD, un programma per computer SANA
PROG.
The programmed water flow system created by Soema
consists of controlled periodic delivery of a certain amount
of water throught the outlet of a water system (tap, shower).
It is composed of programmed water flow devices (SANA
FLUS, SANA SEMP, SANA BASIC, SANA RAIN, SANA C618xxx),
a PDA and a computer program.

SANA FLUS
Dispositivo automatico inglobato in un involucro in plastica
bianca su supporto in acciaio inox. La parte funzionale è costituita da un contenitore stagno in alluminio con all’interno
due pile e il circuito elettronico di controllo e trasferimento
dati via infrarossi (per collegamento periodico con palmare
SANA PAD), da una parte idraulica in ottone con un’elettrovalvola e da una sonda di temperatura.
Funzionante in maniera autonoma ed alimentato a pila, è
dotato di un’apposita spia luminosa a LED verde, inserita
nel circuito elettronico; il tipo di lampeggio del led comunica
anomalie o il regolare funzionamento del sistema.
Il flussatore è applicabile sotto ai lavabi, vicino al bidet o
nella doccia; preleva l’acqua calda dall’uscita dell’impianto
la invia direttamente nella piletta di scarico.
Dispositivo automatico/Automatic device
Automatic device incorporated in a white plastic casing fitted
with a stainless steel support. It consists of a watertight
aluminum container including two alkaline batteries “C” and
an electronic circuit for controlling and transferring data via
infrared (for periodic connection to the PDA SANA PAD2), and
of a hydraulic part in brass with a bistable latching solenoid
valve and a temperature probe.
Battery-operated and stand-alone, it is equipped with a
green LED warning light inserted in the electronic circuit;
from the way the LED flashes it is possible to detect faults or
to monitor the regular functioning of the system.
The programmed water flow device, which collects hot
water from the outlet of the water piping system and conveys it straight into the drain, can be positioned under the
washbasin, near the bidet or inside the shower.

agire sia sull’impianto idrico che sulla rubinetteria, vittima
anch’essa dell’annidarsi del batterio legionella, Soema mette
a disposizione una specifica rubinetteria per lavabi, bidet e

Dispositivo portatile/Portable device
Il SANA PAD è un dispositivo portatile, alimentato a batteria,
progettato per comunicare via infrarosso con i vari flussatori;
ne permette la programmazione e la lettura degli eventi
registrati nella loro memoria.
I dati scaricabili dalla memoria dei flussatori sono: identificativo del SANA PAD che ha inserito il programma, caratteristiche del programma, data/ora/durata dei flussaggi avvenuti
con specifica del tempo occorso tra l’apertura dell’elettrovalvola ed il momento in cui la temperatura dell’acqua in uscita
supera la soglia predeterminata.
I dati possono essere poi trasferiti dal palmare ad un computer tramite cavo USB e interpretati attraverso l’apposito
software SANA PROG studiato per la lettura, l’analisi, le
statistiche e la stampa delle informazioni.
È così possibile rintracciare anomalie o malfunzionamenti
del flussaggio e, indirettamente tramite l’analisi dell’andamento delle temperature, verificare le condizioni del ramo
dell’impianto a cui è collegato.
La batteria interna si ricarica durante la connessione al
computer via cavo USB.
SANA PAD is a battery-operated portable device specifically
conceived for communicating via infrared with the various
programmed water flow devices. It allows to program and
detect the events recorded in their memory.
The following data can be downloaded from the memory of
the programmed water flow devices: ID of the device which
inserted the program, date/ time/length of the programmed
water flows, time elapsed between the solenoid valve
opening and the moment the water temperature exceeds a
pre-determined threshold.
All the data can then be transferred from the PDA to a
computer through a USB cable and interpreted through a
specific software devised for reading, analyzing, checking
and printing information. This makes it possible to detect
faults or failures in the programmed water flow and
meanwhile, to check the pipes functioning alterations
analysing the temperatures variation over time.
The inside battery is recharged while the computer is
connected to the computer through a USB cable.

electronic soap dispenser, tap and hand-dryer.
OPTIONAL: mirror (also available in the backlit LED version) with the writing SOAP-WATERAIR to direct the user’s hands.
The washbasins of the INTEGRA-M or INTEGRA-S versions can have one, two or three
stations and can be fitted with all dispensers or with some of them. They can be supplied
with an under-basin thermostatic mixer (for hot and cold water use) or without it for cold
water or premixed water systems.
The installation of washbasins type INTEGRA requires the following arrangements:

As well as being solid, reliable and functional, INTEGRA-V can be considered as an absolutely

The smoothness of the glass top and its fluid shapes have been specifically conceived to

ASPIRONE
L’innovativo “sistema di ventilazione autosufficiente”, è
stato studiato per eliminare odori indesiderati direttamente
dall’interno del sanitario ed ha un ruolo importante nei
bagni e spogliatoi ad alta frequentazione che molte persona
visitano costantemente. Tradizionalmente un “sistema di
aspirazione” nei bagni porta via aria insalubre dall’interno
all’esterno attraverso la normale rete di ventilazione
della stanza dopo che cattivi odori si sono propagati.
Questo processo normalmente richiede tempo e non può
eliminare il disagio causato, dovuto alla distanza fra il
sanitario ed il soffitto. Al contrario il “sistema di ventilazione
autosufficiente” della Soema è diretto non permette questo
ciclo, poiché il sanitario è particolarmente disegnato per
ospitare internamente il sistema di aspirazione che asporta
effettivamente gli odori indesiderati. Questo accessorio
può essere applicato agli apparecchi di scarico elettronico
VAIDIM/30, VAIDIM/31, VAIDIM/7 e VAIDIM/9 (disponibile solo
per installazione su SPIS tipo: “Cover” o “Cavedio”).
Un raccordo speciale collega il tubo di risciacquo ad un
gruppo aspirante che mettendo in depressione l’interno
del water impedisce la dispersione in ambiente degli odori.
L’aria viene convogliata verso l’esterno.
Il circuito elettronico a fotocellula del sistema di scarico,
provvede oltre che all’attivazione/disattivazione dell’apparato
di aspirazione, anche alla sua alimentazione (12Vac).
Gli scarichi elettronici SOEMA sono espressamente
studiati e sperimentati in aree sanitarie e spogliatoi ad alta
frequentazione e, oltre ad essere estremamente affidabili,
offrono igiene e riducono allo stesso tempo gli interventi
di pulizia del vaso. Il funzionamento è completamente
automatico al fine di evitare il contatto con un qualsiasi
pulsante o leva. All’arrivo di una persona davanti al wc la
fotocellula attiva un prelavaggio del vaso: tutta la superficie
interna del sanitario viene uniformemente bagnata da un
velo d’acqua. In questo modo il velo d’acqua anti-stick
proteggerà il sanitario e non permetterà che lo sporco vi
si attacchi, così si eviterà di utilizzare costantemente lo
scopino e ridurranno le pulizie e gli odori.
Quando la persona si allontana viene attivato
automaticamente un energico risciacquo. Tutto ciò viene
fatto utilizzando una quantità di acqua pressoché identica a
quella di un normale scarico manuale
La parte interna della cassetta è alquanto diversa da tutte
le altre che si trovano in commercio. E’ stata studiata
e realizzata appositamente dalla SOEMA per renderla
adeguata al tipo di utilizzo che si riscontra nei bagni ad alta
frequentazione e con elevati picchi di presenze. Le varie
soluzioni adottate hanno reso la cassetta affidabile ad adatta
ad un uso molto gravoso, cosa che prima era prerogativa
esclusiva di un buon flussometro.
Il sistema per il ricarico dell’acqua impiega un tempo
brevissimo, circa 20 secondi a 3 bar, per riempire la
cassetta, e senza fare rumore. Ciò significa avere la
stessa flessibilità del flussometro, ma contrariamente ad
esso, avere un impianto idrico decisamente più piccolo e
la possibilità di fluttuazioni della pressione di rete senza
per questo pregiudicare il buon funzionamento. Inoltre la
cassetta è stata predisposta per comandare (nella serie
VAIDIM) uno speciale vaso con due ingressi ed una uscita.
Un ingresso del vaso è dedicato alla cacciata mentre l’altro
è collegato a due spruzzatori che permettono di fare un
prelavaggio atto a creare un film uniforme di acqua su tutta
la superficie interna del sanitario.
This innovative “self sufficient ventilation” system has being
designed to eliminate foul odors directly from the interior
of the toilet bowl and has important performance in fasttraffic bathrooms and changing facilities that many people
visit constantly. Traditionally a bathroom “intake system
discharges stale air from the interior outwards through the
normal ventilation network of the room after foul odors
have spread. This process normally is not time effective
and unable to eliminate the discomfort caused, due to the
distance between the toilet bowl and the ceiling. On the
contrary, the “self sufficient ventilation system” of Soema
is direct and does not allow this procedure, since the toilet
bowl is specially designed to adopt internally the intake
ventilating network that exports the odors effectively.
lt can be applied to the electronic flushing systems type
VAIDIM/5,VAIDIM/6, VAIDIM/7 end VAIDIM/9 (available only
if installed on inspectional SPIS type:“COVER” or type:
“CAVEDIO”).
A special joint connects the flush pipe to an intake group
that, by creating a depression inside the toilet bowl, prevents
the dispersion of foul odors in the air and channels them
outside.
The photocell electronic circuit of the flushing system
enables The operation/interruption of the intake system as
well as its power supply (12VAC).
SOEMA electronic flushing systems have been specifically
devised for high-traffic public bathrooms and changing
facilities. They are highly reliable and ensure perfect hygiene
reducing at the same time the need of manual cleaning.
Their operation is completely automatic in order to avoid
contact with any button or lever. When the user is in front of
the toilet, the photocell operates the release of an even antistik water film flow all over the inner surface of the bowl.
This way the anti-stick moisture will protect and not allow
dirt sticking to the surface, thus avoiding the constant use of
the toilet brush and remarkably reducing cleaning process
and odors.
When the user moves away, a thorough flushing is
automatically activated.
The quantity of water used to operate this system is nearly
identical to that of an ordinary manual flushing system.
The inner part of the flushing cistern is somewhat different
from all the others on the market. It has been specifically
conceived by SOEMA to be used in high-traffic and highpeak attendance public bathrooms.
Thanks to the various solutions adopted, this cistern has
been made reliable for very heavy use, just like a good
flushometer.
Water is refilled in the cistern in a very short time (about 20
seconds at 3 bar) without producing any noise.
This ensures the same flexibility of a flushometer despite a
much smaller water system and the possibility of pressure
fluctuations which, however, do not cause any malfunction.
The cistern has been pre-arranged to control (in the VAIDIM
series) a special toilet bowl with two inlets and one outlet.
One inlet is exclusively for flushing while the other is
connected to two nozzles allowing to create an water film all
over the inner surface of the toilet bowl.

Cassetta di scarico a incasso/Flush-mounted flushing cistern
Unità WC con vaso sospeso e scarico elettronico di tipo a
cassetta (V417), con pulsante di scarico d’emergenza e
rubinetto per la manutenzione. Un robusto telaio di lamiera
zincata ad incasso ha preassemblati: la cassetta di scarico,
il comando elettronico, le tubature di collegamento, il tubo di
cacciata, i prigionieri per fissaggio vaso.
Il vaso in ceramica bianca è molto speciale; dotato di due
ingressi ed una uscita è completo di spruzzatori per velo
d’acqua. La parte idraulica completa di pulsante d’emergenza e regolatori di portata per velo e scarico.
Il circuito elettronico ad infrarossi e la parte idraulica sono
inglobati nella cassetta stessa. La placca esterna è in acciaio
inox AISI304 da 2mm fissata con viti inox di tipo antivandalico. Il VAIDIM 7 è fornito anche nella versione per disabili

Pavimentazione per cellule bagno/Flooring for bathroom floors
L’esigenza di estendere il concetto di igiene anche alla parte
calpestabile della toilette, ha fatto nascere un sistema in
sostituzione della tradizionale pavimentazione. PAVIMWC
è un sistema completo di pavimentazione, composto da
un telaio di acciaio inox che contiene un grigliato inox
antitacco (spessore 2,5cm) sotto al quale è posta una vasca
in vetroresina. Installato a filo pavimento, viene abbinato
agli scarichi VAIDIM31 (pag. 20) o VAIDIM9 (pag. 22), che
generano automaticamente il lavaggio della vasca dopo ogni
scarico del sanitario. PAVIMWC è disponibile in due diverse
dimensioni.
Il telaio portante da murare è in acciaio inox da 1,5mm.
La vasca è in vetroresina (5mm di spessore), di colore nero,
ha due spruzzatori rotanti di lavaggio e grazie alla mobilità
della griglia è ispezionabile per manutenzione e pulizia.
A corredo flessibile per collegamento idrico.
Taking into account the need for ensuring hygiene also
on the floor area underlying toilets, SOEMA has devised
a special system replacing traditional flooring. PAVIMWC
consists of a tank in plastic reinforced by fibre glass
equipped with water sprayers covered by a heel-proof
stainless steel grating (thickness: 2.5 cm). Both grating and
tank are floor-recessed and are supported by a stainless
steel frame.
It is combined either with VAIDIM 31 (page 20) or with
VAIDIM 9 (page 22) which automatically operate the
floor-washing system after each flushing of the toilet bowl.
PAVIMWC is available in two different sizes.
The supporting frame to be walled is in 1.5mm-thick
stainless steel. The underlying tank is in black plastic
reinforced by fibre glass (thickness: 5mm) and is equipped
with 2 rotating jet sprays.
Both grating and tank can be removed in order to carry out
maintenance and inspection.
Complete with flexible pipe for connection to the

Pavimentazione per orinatoi e wc/Flooring for WCs and urinals
PAVIMOR è un sistema di pavimentazione per la zona di
calpestio sotto gli orinatoi, dove il concetto di igiene ha
bisogno di legarsi a quello di facile ed agevole manutenzione
e pulizia.
La vasca in acciaio inox completa di ugelli spruzzatori è
sovrastata da una griglia anch’essa in acciaio; disponibile ad
una o più postazioni con interasse di 70cm, per una lunghezza massima di 210cm.
PAVIMOR, installato a filo pavimento, viene abbinato a
ELLIPSE/3 (pag. 25), orinatoio completo di sistema per
lavaggio pavimento o alla centralina DIS2005 (pag. 27).
Il modello a singola postazione (70cm) può essere abbinato
anche agli scarichi VAIDIM31 o VAIDIM9 (pag. 20/22) come

PAVIMOR is a special floor for the area underlying urinals
which has been devised in order to ensure the highest
hygiene as well as easy cleaning and maintenance.
It consists of a floor-recessed tank equipped with spraying
nozzlescovered by a grating - both in stainless steel.
It is available either in the single-tank version or in the
multi-tank version. The distance between the centres of
the tanks should be of 70cm for a maximum length of
210cm. PAVIMOR is combined either with urinal mod.
ELLIPSE/3 (page 25), equipped with a special electronic
control operating the floorwashing system, or with control
unit DIS2005 (page 27). The single-tank version (70cm) can
also be combined with VAIDIM31 or VAIDIM9 (page 20/22)
as an alternative to PAVIMWC. Both grating and tank can be
removed in order to carry out maintenance and inspection.

PAVIMDC is a special floor replacing the traditional shower
tray which consists of a tank in AISI 304 stainless steel
covered by a grating in ABS (available in the following
colours: white, light blue, ivory). It is set on the same level
as the floor and it makes the area underlying the shower
particularly easy to manage due to the fact that water flows
out easily and that both grating and tank can be removed in
order to carry out maintenance and inspection. This makes
it possible to reduce remarkably the production of mildews
and bacteria.

I Pali doccia per acqua fredda o premiscelata D520 e D521
a comando elettronico, sono stati progettati per soddisfare
le esigenze di stabilimenti balneari, piscine, palestre e
camping; essi grazie alla contro-piastra affogata nel pavimento, sono facilmente smontabili, permettendo ai gestori di
strutture “all’aperto”, di riporli a fine stagione.
La pannellatura esterna è realizzata in acciaio inox AISI 316
micropallinato.
I bracci doccia, due o quattro in rapporto alla richiesta, sono
di ottone, completi di ampi soffioni anticalcare, capaci di
erogare un adeguato getto d’acqua anche a bassa pressione.
I pali doccia, con inglobata la parte idraulica possono essere
forniti con due diversi comandi elettronici: D518 (gettoniera
a moneta) o D523 (a fotocellula).
Essi sono integrati nella struttura stessa del palo doccia.

Electronic shower poles for cold or premixed water D 520
and D 521 have been conceived in order to comply with the
needs of seaside resorts, camping sites, swimmingpools,
swimming pools and sports centres.
Thanks to the counter-plate buried into the concrete base, in
open-air spaces such equipment can be disassembled and
put away at the end of each season. The outer panelling is in
AISI316 stainless steel with micro glass-bead peening finish.
The shower arms – two or four according to customers’
demand - are made of brass and endowed with large
shower heads delivering a adequate quantity of water even
at low pressure.
The shower poles housing the hydraulic part can be equipped with two different types of controls integrated in the
same structure of the shower pole: D518 (coin-box) or D523.
The main features of the electronic controls are described in
the specific sections dedicated to them.

It consists of an AISI 304 stainless steel tube with counterplate be buried into the concrete base with stainless steel

The arch is equipped with 5 vaporising sprayers.
To ensure perfect functioning, the water supply of premixed
water has to be carried out through a circulating pump and
the water flow of each single sprayer (8 l per minute) has to

Realizzato in vetroresina, viene fornito con filtro, valvole
di non ritorno e pompa proporzionale per disinfettante già

Il PC 20, munito di comando manuale per il primo riempimento della vasca lavapiedi, provvede successivamente
in modo automatico, all’erogazione dell’acqua dagli archi
non disinfettata e al rabbocco nella vasca lavapiedi con

PC20 is a control box used for dosing the quantity of disinfectant of the special tank for washing feet.
It can be combined with barrier controls (D5605, D506,
D507), shower arches (ARSC 32, ARSC 3) or shower tunnels
(TUND 01, TUND 02). It is made of plastic reinforced by fibre
glass and is complete with assembled filter, check valves
and mixer pump for disinfectant. PC20 is equipped with
manual control for filling up of the tank. When a user steps
through the tunnel, non disinfected water flows out of the
shower arches while the tank is filled up with a solution of
water and disinfectant: this avoids any type of waste and
ensures the highest hygiene.
The assembled control-box consists of n. 2 ball taps, one
cartridge filter, one mixer pump for anti-fungi liquid with
check valve on the inlet of the pump itself.

Electronic barrier control D505 consists of a single emitter/
receiver circuit incorporated in a 1.5 mmthick AISI 304
stainless steel shower column fixed to the floor. It does not
require a reflector and it has been specially devised for
barrier control systems when there are no obstacles within
an area of 2.5 m nearby the tunnel entrance. The delay time
of the circuit is adjustable from 1” to 10”. When planning
shower tunnels for public swimming pools, D505 can be a
complement to shower tunnels (mod. TUND 01 and TUND
02) and shower arches (mod. ARSC 3 and ARSC 32). The
3/4” solenoid valve in glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66 is
fitted with a built-in flow regulator (0 - 120 l/min).

The electronic barrier control consists of an emitter circuit
and a receiver circuit. The circuits can be either incorporated
in 1mm-thick stainless steel boxes to be flush-mounted one
opposite the other at the tunnel entrance with outer plates in
2mm-thick AISI 304 stainless steel fixed with vandal-proof
screws (mod. D506) or inserted in two shower columns
in 1.5 mm-thick AISI 304 stainless steel fixed to the floor
in front of each other (mod. D507). The delay time of the
circuits is adjustable from 1” to 10”. When planning shower
tunnels for public swimming pools, D505 can be a complement to shower tunnels (mod. TUND 01 and TUND 02) and
shower arches (mod. ARSC 3 and ARSC 32).
The 1” solenoid valve in solid brass is fitted with a built-in
flow regulator (0 - 120 l/min). Equipped with 230V/12Vac
safety transformer. CE certified.

Porte a compasso in C-HPL/Single doors in C-HPL
In ambienti dove è importante arredare bene gli spazi in
maniera funzionale ed efficiente, come le aree bagno e
spogliatoio di impianti sportivi, stabilimenti industriali e
agroalimentari, centri commerciali, aziende sanitarie, scuole,
ecc., è necessario coniugare materiali di grande robustezza
ad un elevato livello estetico. I prodotti devono essere facili
da pulire per garantire il rispetto delle norme igieniche, senza rinunciare alla varietà cromatica che rende gli ambienti
gradevoli ed accoglienti. SOEMA per dare risposta a queste
esigenze ha progettato la linea di porte Sipario in stratificato
C-HPL, un importante elemento d’arredo da abbinare a box,
armadietti, panche, ecc.
Le porte sono realizzate in laminato HPL da 14 mm di spessore e l’imbotte è in alluminio anodizzato di colore argento.
Il prodotto ottenuto dalla lavorazione di questi materiali
contribuisce ad impreziosire gli spazi valorizzandone la
funzionalità e il design.

This new line of single-swing and sliding doors in tempered
glass results from research dedicated to the improvement of
technological solutions. Taking advantage of the brightness
of glass, SOEMA has devised a new range of colourful shiny
doors, resistant to scratches and atmospheric agents, which
will contribute to make public places more enjoyable and
attractive. The panels are in tempered glass painted in RAL
colours and laminated (thickness: 5+5mm). The hardware is
in anodized aluminum.
With the single swing doors Colour Glass, glass takes the
leading role while its plays of light and reflections give great
visual impact to the surrounnding space. In fact, due to its
properties, this delicate yet strong material is ideal for use
in public places in order to make them more stylish and
harmonious. Moreover, the high degree of evolution reached
in this type of production and the use of such a modern
contemporary material as aluminum for the door structure

Le pareti divisorie SCENA sono realizzate attraverso un’attenta ricerca estetica rivolta sia
alla cura dei particolari che alla semplicità delle forme. Il prodotto, studiato per rispondere
ad esigenze di praticità, è facile da pulire grazie alle sue superfici lisce e senza sporgenze.
Realizzate in laminato stratificato C-HPL di spessore 14 mm con bordi smussati ed angoli
arrotondati. Le porte sono caratterizzate da ammortizzatori di battuta e corredate di boccole
antisfregamento in materiale plastico e cerniere autochiudenti in alluminio anodizzato. La
serratura in acciaio inox, di forma ellittica, è inserita nello spessore della porta senza sporgenze esterne ed è fornita di dispositivo libero/occupato e apertura d’emergenza.
Lungo il perimetro superiore delle pareti, un profilo in alluminio anodizzato chiamato “catena” provvede al collegamento della struttura.
Le pareti vengono ancorate all’opera muraria per mezzo di profilo in alluminio fornite di un
sistema di regolazione per la messa in squadro.
Le pareti divisorie sono rialzate di 150 mm dal pavimento per mezzo di piedini in alluminio
ricoperti da una borchia in plastica color argento.
Nella parte inferiore dei piedini è inserita una vite di regolazione ed una flangia inox per il
fissaggio a pavimento.
The line SCENA is a high-level production resulting from special attention paid to details
and essential shapes. Its smooth surfaces without protruding parts are easy to clean and
extremely practical.
The partitions of this product line are made of 14mm-thick stratificato C-HPL laminate with
smoothed edges and rounded angles.
The doors are endowed with antirubbing bushes in plastic material and self-closing hinges in
anodized aluminium.
The elliptic stainless steel lock is inserted in the door thickness without outriggers and is
fitted with a free/engaged indication device as well as an emergency opening system. Along
the upper side of each partition, a section bar in anodized aluminium called “chain” holds the
whole structure together.
The partitions are connected to the existing walls through in aluminium section fitted with a
special system for squaring them.
The partition modules rest upon legs in anodized aluminium lifting them 150 mm from the
floor. A stud in silver plastic covers the lower part of each foot which is fixed to the floor
through an adjusting screw and a stainless steel flange inserted within.

Le pareti divisorie GALLERIA sono realizzate in laminato stratificato C-HPL e C-HPFL
di spessore 14 mm, bordi smussati ed angoli arrotondati.
Sono montate tramite profili in alluminio anodizzato (lega T 60/60), nei quali vengono collocate le battute che includono sia le guarnizioni antiurto che le cerniere.
Le cerniere in alluminio anodizzato, fornite di sistema di accostamento automatico della
porta, sono regolabili e corredate di boccole antisfregamento in materiale plastico ed
ammortizzatori di battuta.
Un piedino regolabile in altezza, blocca i moduli divisori al pavimento, sospendendoli da esso
di 200 mm ed è ricoperto da un carter in materiale plastico di forma cilindrica.
Lungo il perimetro superiore un profilo in allumunio chiamato “catena”, fissato ai montanti,
provvede al collegamento della struttura.
Le porte sono autochiudenti e hanno la serratura in acciaio inox fornita di dispositivo libero/

SOEMA double-door boxes - whose installation does not require any brickwork - are the

The technical features of the materials used for the production of double-door cabins are

to traditional ones but they are not leaning against the wall and are equipped with doors on

INFINITO-SINFONIA
Particolarmente utili negli spogliatoi di impianti sportivi e industrie, gli armadi sono disponibili in una vasta scelta di modelli e colori. La linea è studiata per ottimizzare lo spazio e
proposta in diverse soluzioni: con tetto piano o inclinato, con separazione sporco/pulito, con
sistema di aerazione forzata e con vari tipi di suddivisione degli spazi interni. La struttura è
realizzata in in laminato HPL, mentre le ante possono essere in vetro antigraffio (INFINITO)
o in C-HPL con bordi smussati e angoli arrotondati. La struttura è provvista di feritoie per
un’adeguata aerazione e/o fuoriuscita di liquidi di lavaggio.
La versione standard prevede la fornitura dell’armadio su piedini da 100 o 200 mm di
altezza. Altre soluzioni possibili sono l’aggiunta di una panca che funge da base o richiedere
l’assenza di ogni appoggio per posare l’armadio su di un basamento precostruito. Le ante
possono essere fornite con feritoie per il ricambio d’aria, permettendo così l’aspirazione
forzata in caso di canalizzazione sul fondo.
Particularly useful for changing rooms of sports centres and factories, SOEMA lockers are
available in a wide range of models and colours to suit customers’ needs. Different options of
this product line have been devised in order to optimize space: with flat or sloping hood, with
clean/dirty compartments, with forced air suction system (vented lockers) and with different
types of inside compartments. The lockers are made of scratch-proof stratificato HPL
laminate panels while the doors can be either in scratch-proof glass (INFINITO) or in C-HPL
with smoothed edges and rounded angles.
The structure of the lockers is equipped with slits to ensure adequate airflow and/or outflow
of liquids used for washing. The lockers of the standard version rest either on 100mm-long
legs or on 200mm-long legs. It is possible, however, to request them either with a support
bench replacing the legs or with no support at all in order to place them on an existing prearranged base. The doors of the lockers can be equipped with slits to allow maximum airflow
and forced air suction on the bottom of the locker.

INFINITO
Armadi in C-HPL, C-HPFL e vetro/Lockers in C-HPL, C-HPFL and Glass
The series of lockers INFINITO has been devised to furnish and embellish changing rooms
by paying special attention to design and elegant style. The possibility of assembling the
columns one after the other makes it easier and faster to mount the lockers inside the
changing room. The materials adopted - stainless steel for the support framework, anodized
aluminum for the section bars and the hardware and panels in HPL for the framework and
the doors - make this locker a very high-quality product. The locker frame consists of solid
section bars in anodized aluminium alloy T60/60 with which the back and side panels are
assembled. The fixed tiers between one door and the other are inserted in the section bars
of the frame.
The height of the legs in aluminium is of 100 or 200 mm; in the version in AISI 304 stainless
steel their height is of 200 mm with basement and bracket. The structure is fitted with door
slits to allow the penetration of air and/or the coming out of liquids used for washing. The
doors are made either of tempered glass (DA 6mm) or of 8mm-thick stratificato C-HPL and
can be opened up to 180°.
The number of each door is laser printed on stainless steel plates. The ledge profiles are
equipped with rubber gaskets throughout the length of each door acting as shock absorbers.
The lockers can be arranged either in sets of 1/2/3 columns or in one single solution without
any interruption (modular system to be installed directly on the spot).

La serie di armadietti INFINITO è stata studiata da SOEMA per quei clienti che hanno
l’esigenza di arredare il proprio spogliatoio prestando maggiore attenzione al design e
all’estetica. La possibilità di montare le colonne in soluzione continua facilita e velocizza il
posizionamento degli armadi.
I materiali impiegati (acciaio inox per la struttura di appoggio, alluminio anodizzato per i profili e la ferramenta e pannelli in HPL per la struttura e le ante) fanno di questo tipo di armadio
un prodotto di alta qualità. Fianchi e schiene sono uniti da profili in alluminio anodizzato lega
T60/60.
I ripiani tra le ante sono fissi e inseriti nei profili del telaio. I piedini in alluminio sono alti 100
o 200 mm, o nella variante in acciaio inox AISI 304 alti 200 mm con basamento e staffa di
collegamento.
Nella struttura sono realizzate feritoie per un’adeguata aerazione e/o fuoriuscita dei liquidi di
lavaggio. Le ante sono realizzate in vetro temprato da 6mm o in stratificato C-HPL da 8 mm
e sono apribili a 180°.
La numerazione delle ante è incisa a laser su piastrina in acciaio inox. Sui profili di battuta
sono alloggiate delle guarnizioni per tutta la lunghezza delle ante che fungono da ammortizzatori. Gli armadietti sono realizzabili a gruppi da 1/2/3 colonne, o in soluzione continua
senza interruzioni (sistema componibile da montare direttamente sul posto).

SINFONIA
La serie di armadietti SINFONIA, oltre a quanto descritto nella presentazione, è caratterizzata
da divisori e ante di spessore 8 mm, tetto e fondo di 10 mm in C-HPL. I ripiani sono realizzati
con pannello da 18mm.
I vari componenti sono assemblati tramite giunti di colore nero realizzati in nylon 6 caricato
a vetro che rendono l’armadietto stabile e compatto. Le cerniere, studiate appositamente
per questa tipologia, permettono all’anta di ruotare 180° al fine di agevolare al massimo
l’inserimento di oggetti all’interno dell’armadio.
La serratura di serie è con chiave (incluso passepartout).
Ogni armadietto SINFONIA è dotato di piastrina porta numero esterna e di carter copriserratura interno antinfortunistico. I piedini sono in alluminio anodizzato.
8 mm-thick partitions and doors and 10mm-thick cover and bottom shelves in C-HPL.
All the shelves are made out of 18mm-thick panels.
The different components are assembled through black joints in glass fibre reinforced
nylon 6 so as to make the locker more stable and compact. The hinges, which have been
specifically devised for this type of items, make the door rotate 180° thus making access to
the locker extremely easy. The legs are in anodized aluminium.
The standard type of lock is fitted with a key and can be opened with a master key.
Each locker of this series is fitted with an outer number plate and an inner accident
prevention lock guard.

Sistema di aerazione/ Vented lockers
Questa versione optional è caratterizzata da un sistema di
ricircolo d’aria atto ad eliminare i cattivi odori prodotti dai
capi di abbigliamento depositati all’interno dell’armadio.
L’aria entra dalle feritoie presenti sulle ante e circola all’interno del vano poiché aspirata dal canale sottostante.
Una colonna vuota, dedicata all’impianto di aspirazione,
condurrà l’aria verso l’esterno eliminando i cattivi odori.
Gli armadietti dotati di aspirazione sono particolarmente indicati per gli spogliatoi di stabilimenti del settore industriale,
agroalimentare e sanitario.
This optional version features a special air circulation system
aimed at eliminating bad smells produced from the clothes
placed inside the locker. The air penetrates the door slits
and circulates inside the locker since it is sucked by the
underlying channel.
A column making part of the suction system channels bad
air outside.
The air channelling system can be checked thanks to the
removable panel placed under the shoe rack.
This product line is particularly suitable for changing rooms
of factories, food-processing plants, hospitals, clinics and
nursing homes.

funzionali e indispensabili elementi d’arredo che devono rispondere ad esigenze di praticità e

Le panche possono essere abbinate per colore e design agli armadi e alle pareti divisorie

Just like the Lockers, the Benches are ideal for changing rooms of sports centres and factories where functional sturdy equipment with a high aesthetic value is required. The materials
used by SOEMA are remarkably resistant and do not require maintenance ofany type.
This makes the production extremely durable. The Benches can be coordinated with lockers
and partitions of matching colour and design according to the customers’ tastes and

La panca Cavea-A è un prodotto innovativo sia dal punto di
vista dei materiali impiegati che del design.
Seduta, schienale ed eventuale cappelliera sono infatti
realizzati utilizzando un’unica lastra di stratificato C-HPL,
sagomata a caldo.
La panca così ottenuta ha una forma anatomica, senza
angoli vivi anche per una facile disinfezione.
Sorretta da robuste staffe in acciaio inox micropallinato
agganciate al muro, risulta sollevata da terra per facilitare la
pulizia del pavimento.
Gli appendiabiti, disegnati e prodotti da SOEMA, sono in
acciaio opaco inox 304 micropallinato.
La panca Cavea-A si può abbinare ai top lavabo in C-HPL
con i quali ha in comune design, finiture e colori, così da
creare una perfetta continuità nell’arredamento.

Cavea-A is a new type of bench created with innovative
materials and state-of-the-art design.
The seat, the back and - if required - the hat rack are
derived from one single plate of hot-shaped stratificato
C-HPL.
The shape of the plate is anatomic without sharp edges so
as to make disinfection easier.
The suspended bench is supported by sturdy brackets in
micro shotpeened stainless steel hooked on the wall.
This makes shot-peened to clean the floor easily.
The clothes hooks in opaque micro shot-peened 304
stainless steel have been planned and created by SOEMA.
Benches Cavea-A can be combined with bathroom tops in
C-HPL of the same design, finishing and colour in order to
obtain a harmonious combination of furnishings.

laminate inserted in hollowed aluminium staves.
The whole structure is held together by specially devised
joints in nylon reinforced by fibreglass with a steel insert in

Il laminato in oggetto denominato “C-HPL” (HIGH PRESSURE LAMINATE) è un pannello fondamentalmente costituito da fogli impregnati di resina termoindurente, ricavato mediante un processo di
polimerizzazione in condizione di elevata pressione e temperatura. In questa fase si formano legami
chimici tridimensionali che portano ad un materiale stabile e non reattivo con caratteristiche totalmente differenti da quelle delle sue parti costituenti.

“C-HPL” (HIGH PRESSURE LAMINATE) is a panel consisting basically of sheets impregnated
with a thermosetting resin obtained through a process of high-pressure and high-temperature

This treatment makes it possible to produce three-dimensional chemical bonds forming a stable,
non-reactive material whose features are totally different from those of its constituents.

indicative 2/3 ed 1/3. Tale miscela viene iniettata all’interno di stampi, per ottenere l’articolo in solid

The surface of this material, composed of inert minerals and acrylic polymer, is characterized by
the absence of porosity. This gives Acrial antiseptic and antibacterial properties since mildew and
bacteria cannot find any condition favorable to their development and proliferation.
The production process consists in mixing an inert ( Tri-alumina hydrate , ATH) with pre-mixed
acrylic resin ( methyl- methacrylate MMA + Poly(methyl) methacrylate PMMA, 100 % ), in
approximate proportions of 2/3 and 1/3 . This mixture is injected into the moulds to obtain the
product in solid surface in its almost final form.
