Regolamento di massima della
manifestazione
1) La manifestazione è organizzata dal CrL FIJLKAM - Settore
Judo e possono aderire le Rappresentative dei C.R. FIJLKAM
d’Italia, le Società Sportive affiliate alla F.I.J.L.K.A.M. e agli Enti di
Promozione Sportiva riconosciuti nella convenzione Federale.
2) La manifestazione è aperta agli Atleti Maschi e Femmine
appartenenti alle seguenti classi agonistiche:

3) Il raggruppamenti degli Atleti/e, il Grado, le categorie di peso e
i tempi di gara previsti sono riportati nel grafico iniziale
4) La manifestazione si svolge con girone a “doppio recupero “
e il sorteggio è svolto in forma computerizzata. Le categorie con
meno di tre concorrenti con girone all’italiana.
5) Arbitraggio: Arbitro unico centrale. Gli UdG sono convocati
dal CrL FIJLKAM – Settore Judo od eventualmente gli UdG
designati dai Commissari Regionali coinvolti.
6) Premi:- medaglie ai primi 4 atleti/e classificati nelle
rispettive categorie di peso.
- Coppe alle prime 7 Società classificate in assoluto.
7) La classifica per Società sarà decretata assommando il
punteggio acquisito dagli Atleti/e nelle categorie e classi in
programma così predisposto:
al 1°Atleta classificato punti 10; al 2° Atleta classificato punti 8 ;
ai terzi Atleti ex aequo classificati punti 5
I premi individuali agli Atleti e quelli per le Società Sportive
saranno consegnati personalmente agli interessati e non
saranno riconosciute deleghe. I concorrenti e i rappresentanti di
società che non saranno presenti alle premiazioni, verranno
ritenuti inderogabilmente rinunciatari dei premi vinti.
8) Quota di iscrizione: 10€. per Atleta da versare in sede di gara
all’atto dell’iscrizione.
9) Lo svolgimento delle gare all’interno della struttura nelle due
giornate sarà così suddivisa:
*Palestra Verde; gare maschili su tre tatami gara regolamentari
* Palestra Arancione; gare femminili su due aree regolamentari.
Avvertenze:
a) nella palestra arancio all’occorrenza saranno svolte anche gare
maschili (1 area Femminile / 1 area Maschile)
b) la struttura prevede la separazione delle aree gara ma non del
pubblico che, all’occorrenza, può seguire una o l’altra gara.

10) Ciascun concorrente è responsabile delle proprie azioni, per
cui ogni forma di assicurazione personale o sportiva è totalmente
a carico della società di provenienza.
Regulation of the maximum of the event (1)
1) The event is organized by the CrL FIJLKAM - Sector Judo
and can join the Descriptive of CR FIJLKAM of Italy, the Clubs
affiliated to FIJLKAM and the Sports Promotion as set forth in
the Federal Convention .
2 ) The event is open to Male and Female Athletes of the
following classes racing :

13/14 YEARS

JUNIORS (2)
SENIOR (2)
15/16 /17YEARS 18/19 / 20 YEARS 21/35 YEARS
3 ) The groupings of Athletes / s , the degree , the weight
categories and race times provided are given in the initial
graph
4) The event takes place in the group with " double recovery "
and the draw is done in computerized form . The categories
with less than three competitors with round-robin .
5 ) Referees : Referee single center . The UdG are summoned
by the CrL FIJLKAM - Sector Judo or possibly the UdG
designated by the Regional Commissioners involved.
6) Prizes: -medals for the top 4 athletes and classified in their
respective weight categories .
- Cups to the first 7 Clubs classified absolute.
7) The classification by the Club shall be decreed thus adding
the score obtained by the Athlete in the categories and classes
scheduled well prepared : the 1st Atletas ranked 10 points ;
Athlete of the 2nd ranked 8 points ; Athletes ranked third
parties 5 points.
The individual awards to athletes and those for the Clubs will
be delivered personally to the parties concerned and will not
be recognized proxies. Competitors and representatives of
companies that will not be present at the awards ceremony will
be held peremptorily renounced the awards .
8) Registration fee : 10 € . Athlete to be paid in the tender at
the time of enrollment.
9 ) The conduct of the races within the structure during the two
days will be divided as follows:
* Gym Green; men's races on three tatami race regulations
* Gym Orange; women's races on two race areas regulations .
A v e r t e n c e:
a) orange in the gym if necessary will be carried out also men's
races ( area 1 Female / Male 1 area )
b) the structure provides for the separation of the areas of the
public who do not race, but , if necessary, may follow one or the

10) Each competitor is responsible for his actions , so any form
of insurance or personal sport is totally borne by the club.

L’AMMINISTRAZIONE COMUNALE DI CISERANO, LA
COOPERATIVA CAMPUS – gestore del palasport; gli Sponsor
Tecnici e le ditte appaltatrici della manifestazione declinano ogni
responsabilità in merito ad eventuali danni, ammanchi, incidenti
alle persone e/o cose dei concorrenti, Ufficiali di Gara, terzi e
persone in genere presenti nei locali, che potrebbero verificarsi
sia nel corso della gara o, in relazione all’organizzazione della
stessa, prima, durante e dopo lo svolgimento della
manifestazione sportiva.
11) Per quanto non contemplato nel presente regolamento
valgono le disposizioni FIJLKAM stabilite per le manifestazioni
agonistiche.
12) Disposizioni finali:
a) il presente regolamento potrà subire variazioni per ottimali
esigenze organizzative;
b) qualora dovessero insorgere cambiamenti di programma le
Società Sportive e gli Insegnanti Tecnici potranno essere
tempestivamente avvisati a condizione che gli stessi provvedano
ad inviare la loro preiscrizione dei propri Atleti/e partecipanti
entro i termini consentiti (31 MAGGIO 2014) trasmettendo il nr. di
cellulare del Tecnico titolare e/o
dell’accompagnatore degli Atleti/e da contattare;
c) con l’iscrizione gli atleti/e, preso atto della nota
informativa sulla ‘’privacy’’ ai sensi dell’art.13 del D.L.
196/2003, danno il consenso affinché il CrL Judo - FIJLKAM
possono trattare ai sensi del citato Decreto i propri dati
personali ed eventuali foto comuni e sensibili per quanto
connesso alla competizione

11) For matters not covered by this Regulation, the provisions
laid down FIJLKAM for events competitions.
12) Final provisions :
a) This regulation could be modified for optimal organizational
needs ;
b ) may arise if program changes the Clubs and the Technical
Teachers will be promptly notified to the condition that they
should ensure to submit their pre -registration of their athletes
participants within the time allowed (May 31, 2014 ) by
transmitting the nr . Cellular Technical holder and / or Athletes
of the companion / s contact ;
c) with the inscription athletes / and , having taken note of the
information note on privacy '' '' within the meaning of article 13
of DL 196/2003, give my consent for the CrL Judo - FIJLKAM
can treat pursuant to the aforementioned Decree personal data
and any pictures and sensitive as related to competition

CISERANO SI TROVA A KM 15 DA
BERGAMO AND 35 KM FROM MILAN
BERGAMO E KM 35 DA MILANO YOU ARE IN:
SI RAGGIUNGE:
- Autostrada A/4 Torino - Milano – Venezia: -Uscite:
1) Capriate S.Gervasio/BG: per coloro che
provengono sulla A4 da Milano. Quindi proseguire
sulla strada Francesca direzione Brescia. Al km 10 si
trova Zingonia. Passato Zingonia si trova il Comune di
Ciserano.
AUTO
2) Dalmine/BG: per coloro che provengono sulla A4
da Brescia/Bergamo
Usciti al casello autostradale, passato sotto il ponte della
superstrada,girare a SX direzione
Val Brembana/Val Imagna. Arrivati al grande rondò
CAR
svoltare nettamente a SX per Milano,
Dalmine, Osio Sotto. Proseguire la statale per 8 KM si
arriva al rondò della Statale Francesca, quindi girare a
SX per direzione Brescia – Zingonia
- A CISERANO, seguire indicazioni per Palasport
/Stadio (il palasport è dotato di area parcheggio)
- Aeroporto Internazionale di Orio al Serio - Bergamo /
LINATE – Milano
AEREO
- Quindi proseguire con Bus navetta dall’aeroporto per il
centro della Città di Bergamo – Largo Porta Nuova.
- Da Bergamo prendere il Bus di linea per direzione
Treviglio.

- Highway A/4 Turin - Milan – Venice: - Exit:
1) Capriate S. Gervasio / BG: For those coming from
Milan on the A4. Then continue on the road towards
“Francesca” diretions Brescia. At km 10 is Zingonia.
Past the Zingonia is of the City Ciserano.
2) Dalmine / BG: For those coming from the A4
Brescia / Bergamo Leaving the highway, passed
under the bridge of the highway, turn LEFT direction
Val Brembana et Val Imagna. Arrived at the large
roundabout, turn sharply to LEFT for Milan
Dalmine, Osio Sotto. Continue the road for 8 km you
