CRYOGENIC PUMPS FOR MARINE AND SHIPPING
APPLICATIONS
It is globally recognized that LNG is the best solution for ship engines propulsion as it is cost
effective and the cleanest fuel immediately available.
This environmental awareness is urgent in many areas of the world, from the Mediterranean to
the Asian Pacific seas, further to what has already been achieved in order to protect Northern
Europe maritime areas.
Specifically to this industry, Vanzetti Engineering has developed cryogenic components and a
wide set of engineered systems required by the LNG supply chain:
Cryogenic Pumps for feeding LNG at Low Pressure to ship engines (ARTIKA series)
Cryogenic Pumps for Loading Stations, Bunkering, Cold Ironing
Cryogenic Pumps for LNG and LCNG refuelling to port land working vehicles
LNG CRYOGENIC CENTRIFUGAL SUBMERGED
PUMPS ARTIKA SERIES
Thanks to the seal-less concept, ARTIKA pumps are suitable for Fuel Gas Systems
continuous feeding or as back-up solution. Moreover, the maintenance needs are
minimized.
Suitable for in-tank installation as well as in vacuum insulated cryotank.
Frequent start and stop are possible thanks to the fact the pump is always
submerged.
Available in three dimensions, 1, 2 or 4 stages.

Vacuum insulated Cryostat
With different sizes depending on submerged pump model, including safety valves, pressure
gauge, inlet an outlet manual valves, check valve, gas and liquid purge valves.
Electric connector with gas seal system
For connecting the electrical motor wires to the main electrical control panel (specifically
designed stainless steel connector with ceramic insulation and copper bars cable terminal strip).
Electric junction box
For easy wire / unwire the cable pipe coming from the main electrical panel.
Electric cable for extreme temperatures
In case of in-tank installation to connect the electric connector from the pump to the top of the
tank.
