The Master is aimed at graduate motivated to acquire
knowledge, high-level multi-disciplinary skills and
abilities, which will enable them to be directly
involved in organisational processes of growth
and people management and development.
The profile is that of a professional – full
time employee or consultant - responsible for
personnel/HR management, training and
organizational development, who is able to
perform the HR function by playing a
Strategic business supporting role.
To apply for admission:
Graduates holding Associate and Bachelor in Science
Education Degree, Economics, Psychology, Law, Political
Science, Literature and Philosophy; graduates in the same
fields prior to DM 509/99
Admission is subject to passing the selection tests.
The participation fee is set at
€ 5.000 per student.
Admitted candidates who have
been Sardinian resident at least 3
years at the time of the notice
publication, will have to pay only
a portion of the fee in the amount
of € 800. The Sardinian
government will cover
the fee difference.
