Mugwort is a common name for several species of aromatic plants in the genus Artemisia. In
Europe, Artemisia vulgaris, or common mugwort is well represented. Mugworts are used
medicinally, especially in Chinese, Japanese and South Korean traditional medicine. Mugwort
pollen generally travels less than 2 Km. The highest concentration of mugwort pollen is generally
found between 9 and 11 am.
