> ITALIANO I motoriduttori della serie SPEED sono stati progettati
per automatizzare qualsiasi tipo di cancello scorrevole ad uso
residenziale o condominiale, con ante fino a 800 Kg.
I motori sono dotati di sblocco manuale protetto da chiave personale
e con un apposito dispositivo (art. 650ESE01) il motore può essere
sbloccato anche dall’esterno del cancello.
I motoriduttori sono dotati dei più recenti quadri elettrici di comando
che, oltre alle normali funzioni, consentono di effettuare un controllo
di tutti i dispositivi di sicurezza prima di consentire ogni manovra
del cancello. La manutenzione è facilitata grazie alle morsettiere
estraibili, ed eventuali anomalie sono segnalate da led luminosi
direttamente dalla centrale di comando.
Versione bassa tensione: il motore elettromeccanico a bassa
tensione ne garantisce la continuità di funzionamento anche in
contesti dove il servizio d’uso è più intensivo. In caso di mancanza
di corrente il servizio è garantito dalla batteria ricaricabile a 12 Volt
opzionale. Grazie al dispositivo ad encoder è possibile controllare
elettronicamente il funzionamento dell’impianto, memorizzare in
autoapprendimento i finecorsa in apertura e chiusura e di conseguenza il rallentamento del cancello, e programmare la sicurezza
antischiacciamento adeguata al tipo e al peso del cancello.
A richiesta sono disponibili i motoriduttori completi di finecorsa
magnetici.

> ENGLISH The SPEED series of gearmotors have been designed
for the automation of any residential or apartment block sliding
gate up to 800 Kg.
The motors are equipped with a manual release that is safeguarded
by a personal key and the motor can also be released from outside
the gate by means of a special device (art. 650ESE01).
The gearmotors are also equipped with the latest in control units
that, in addition to the standard operations, also allow all safety
devices to be controlled before allowing the movement of the gate.
Maintenance is made easier thanks to the removable terminals
and possible faults are signalled on the control unit by LEDs.
Low Voltage version: the low voltage electromechanical motor
guarantees operating continuity even under the more intense
conditions. Operations are guaranteed by an optional 12V rechargeable battery in the event of blackout.
The operation of the system can be electronically controlled by
means of an encoder, which memorises in self-recognition the
opening and closing limit switches and consequently the deceleration of the gate, and programs the anti-crushing safety device
based on the type and weight of the gate.
Gearmotors with magnetic limit switch are available on request.

FOR GATES OF WEIGHT UP TO 2000 KG
> ITALIANO Master è la nuova gamma di motoriduttori per cancelli
scorrevoli ideale per le grandi utenze quali condomini, industrie,
caserme ed istituti in genere. La gamma si compone di 3 versioni:
le due versioni tradizionali a 230 V e a 400 V per ante max 2000 Kg,
e l’innovativa versione a bassa tensione per cancelli fino a 1200
Kg.
Tutti i motori sono dotati di sblocco manuale protetto da chiave
personale e con un apposito dispositivo (art. 650ESE02) il motore
può essere sbloccato anche dall’esterno del cancello. La versione
a 230 V è dotata di freno elettronico dell’anta che riducendo l’inerzia
del cancello rende l’impianto più sicuro e preciso.
Installazione semplificata: fissaggio a terra regolabile grazie alla
pratica e robusta piastra esterna.
Versione bassa tensione: il motore elettromeccanico a bassa tensione ne garantisce la continuità di funzionamento anche in contesti dove il servizio d’uso è più intensivo. La centrale di comando è
dotata di un vano per l’inserimento della batteria ricaricabile a 12
Volt opzionale che garantisce il funzionamento del sistema anche
in caso di blackout. Grazie al dispositivo ad encoder è possibile controllare elettronicamente il funzionamento dell’impianto, memorizzare
in autoapprendimento i finecorsa in apertura e chiusura e di conseguenza il rallentamento del cancello, e programmare la sicurezza
antischiacciamento adeguata al tipo e al peso del cancello.

> ENGLISH Master is a new range of gearmotors for sliding gates
that is suitable for heavy use such as apartment blocks, companies,
barracks and institutes in general. The range is made up of 3 versions: two traditional versions at 230V and 400V for gates up to 2000
Kg and the innovative low voltage version for gates up to 1200 Kg.
All motors are equipped with a manual release that is safeguarded by
a personal key and the motor can also be released from outside the
gate by means of a special device (art. 650ESE02). The leaf of the
230V version has an electronic brake that, by reducing the inertia of
the gate, makes the system safer, more precise and quieter.
Simplified installation: adjustable floor fixing thanks to the practical
and sturdy external plate.
Low voltage version: The low voltage electromechanical motor
guarantees operating continuity even under the more intense
conditions. The control unit with battery charger has a location for
the optional rechargeable 12V battery that ensures the operation
of the system even in the event of blackout. The operation of the
system can be electronically controlled by means of an encoder,
which memorises in self-recognition the opening and closing limit
switches and consequently the deceleration of the gate, and
programs the anti-crushing safety device based on the type and
weight of the gate.

ante battenti a montaggio esterno, disponibile anche nella versione a
12 Volt con encoder.
ARM mantiene la stessa affidabilità e robustezza del motoriduttore
elettromeccanico della serie P200/P2000.
Le nuove forme si adattano ad ogni tipo di cancello, e sono state progettate per semplificarne l’installazione e la manutenzione.
L’ampio vano superiore rende più agevole le connessioni elettriche
che sono protette dall’apposito pressacavo per un più sicuro passaggio dei cavi. Possibilità di intervenire sull’encoder in caso di
manutenzioni. Il condensatore è a bordo. L’attacco staffa posteriore
è stato ampliato per consentire alle nuove staffe regolabili maggiore
flessibilità di montaggio anche in presenza di pilastri con misure fuori
standard.
Nuovo sblocco veloce e semplice anche per gli utenti meno esperti.
> ENGLISH ARM is the latest generation of actuators for externally
fitted swing gates that is also available in the 12 V encoder version.
ARM maintains the same reliability and strength as the electromechanical gearmotors of the P200/P2000 series.
The new shapes adapt to any type of gate and have been designed
to simplify installation and maintenance.
Electrical connections are made easier thanks to the larger upper
space and are protected by the special cable clip to ensure a safer
passage of the cables. Access to the encoder is possible for maintenance purposes. The capacitor is incorporated. The rear connection
bracket has been enlarged to allow greater flexibility to the new adjustable bracket during assembly even on non standard sized posts.
The new quick and easy release for the less skilled users.

The 12 V version works during power cuts; the control panel houses
the rechargeable emergency battery.
The 12 Volt version is fitted with an Encoder, a special detection
system which causes the actuator to move the gate rapidly and then
slow it down towards the end in order to prevent noisy impacts and
rebounds.

MOTORIDUTTORI SERIE SPIN
> ITALIANO I motoriduttori della serie SPIN sono stati progettati per
> ENGLISH The gearmotors in the SPIN series have been designed
automatizzare qualsiasi tipo di porte basculanti bilanciate a contrappesi.
Caratteristiche comuni: motoriduttore elettromeccanico. Il motoriduttore ha un funzionamento estremamente silenzioso e lineare ed è dotato
di luce di cortesia temporizzata. Il motore è irreversibile e blocca la
basculante in chiusura senza la necessità di ulteriori chiavistelli. Il motoriduttore è munito di un semplice sblocco per la manovra manuale.
Versione a 12 V: continuità di funzionamento anche in mancanza di
energia elettrica grazie alla batteria ricaricabile 12 Vcc opzionale. Il
modello a 12 V è dotato di Encoder, un particolare sistema di rilevazione
di giri che consente al motoriduttore di far compiere alla basculante un
movimento veloce durante la corsa, e un accostamento dolce nelle fasi
di prearresto, eliminando impatti rumorosi e rimbalzi.
Versione a 230 V: uso semi-intensivo, il motoriduttore è provvisto di
protezione termica. La sicurezza antischiacciamento è assicurata da una
frizione sul quadro elettrico di comando. Il mod. SPINF è invece sprovvisto di quadro elettrico per l’applicazione abbinata al mod. SPINQRF.

Common features are: electromechanical gear motor. The gearmotor
works extremely quietly and linearly and features a timed courtesy light.
Irreversible motor. The motor is irreversible and blocks the overhead
door closed without the need of additional latches. The gearmotor is
fitted with a simple release device for manual manoeuvres.
12 V version: continues to work even during power failures thanks to
the optional 12 Vdc rechargeable battery. The 12 V model is equipped
with an Encoder, a particular revs measurement system that permits the
gearmotor to rapidly manoeuvre the overhead door and give it a smooth
approach in the final closure stage, thereby eliminating noisy impacts
and bouncing.
230 V version: semi-intensive use, the gearmotor is equipped with a
thermal circuit breaker. Anti-crushing is ensured by a clutch on the
electrical control panel. Mod. SPINF, however, has no electrical panel for
application with mod. SPINQRF.

Caratteristiche: motoriduttore 24 V, completo di quadro elettrico di
comando e radio ricevente. Luce di cortesia incorporata. Pratico sblocco
manuale. Il motoriduttore è dotato di encoder, un particolare sistema
di rilevazione di giri che consente al motoriduttore di far compiere un
movimento veloce durante la corsa, e un accostamento dolce nelle fasi
di pre-arresto, eliminando impatti rumorosi e rimbalzi. Sistema pre-installato: semplicissimo da montare. Disponibile nelle versioni con traino a

automatizzare portoni industriali a libro a due pannelli. Silenzioso e affidabile

CHAIN DRIVE GEARMOTORS
> ITALIANO Motoriduttori affidabili e robusti adatti ad automatizzare
portoni sezionali o portoni scorrevoli e serramenti industriali anche di
grandi dimensioni. Questi motoriduttori sono applicabili, tramite una
trasmissione a catena, direttamente a traino del serramento.
Sono disponibili due serie di modelli: la serie SPEED2CTN a 12 Volt
con quadro elettrico incorporato, per portoni fino a 400 kg; e la serie

F10C/F15C series for doors up to 1500 Kg, and in the 230V and 400
V versions for intensive use. This series is equipped with a manually
adjustable limit switch system. If greater precision is required, the

> ITALIANO L’automatismo DOOR è stato studiato per movimentare
porte ad ante scorrevoli, garantendo un servizio continuo ed affidabile. Realizzato con materiali di qualità atti a garantire un alto grado di
scorrevolezza oltre ad un’elevata stabilità nel tempo, l’automatismo
DOOR consente una regolazione dell’anta di ben 20mm in altezza e di
45 mm in profondità. Inoltre, grazie alle dimensioni contenute del profilo della trave binario l’automatismo DOOR può essere montato con
solo 15 cm di spazio disponibile nel montante superiore, adattandosi
perciò a qualsiasi ambiente. Il motoriduttore, grazie alla qualità dei
componenti utilizzati, dà garanzia di affidabilità assoluta anche nelle
condizioni di lavoro più gravose. L’automatismo DOOR è dotato anche
di un sistema antipanico a batteria il quale mantiene carica la batteria
dell’automatismo stesso e ne testa continuamente l’effettivo stato.
L’autoapprendimento della corsa e la gestione dell’antischiacciamento
sono assicurati dall’utilizzo di un encoder ottico.
Sono disponibili due linee di modelli:
• linea DOOR per ante singole fino a 100 kg, per due ante fino a 75
kg per anta;
• linea DOORX per ante singole fino a 150 kg, per due ante fino a 130
kg per anta;
DOOR e DOORX sono disponibili in kit di montaggio per soddisfare le
esigenze di misure di vano passaggio personalizzato.
> ENGLISH The DOOR automation system has been designed for the
movement of sliding doors, guaranteeing a continual and reliable service.
Made from top quality materials which ensure enhanced sliding as well
as longterm elevated stability, the DOOR automation system allows the
wing to be adjusted by 20 mm in height and 45 mm in depth. Thanks to its
compact dual track profile, the DOOR automation system can be mounted
with just 15 cm of free space over the door, thereby adapting to all installation situations. Thanks to the quality of the components, the gearmotor
is totally reliable even in intensive operating conditions.
The DOOR automation system also features a battery controlled antipanic
system which keeps the battery of the automation system charged and
continuously tests it status. The self-recognition of the movement and the
management of the anti-crush safety feature are ensured through the use
of an optical encoder.
Two model lines available:
• DOOR line for single leafs up to 100 kg, for double leafs up to 75 kg
per leaf;
• DOORX line for single leafs up o 150 kg, for double leafs up to 130 Kg
per leaf;
DOOR and DOORX are available in an assembly kit to satisfy the dimensional requirements of personalised openings.

influenzato da diversi fattori: se l’operatore deve essere installato sull’anta per mancanza di spazio sopra la porta allora si sceglie il sistema
10DOORBSS; se lo spessore del muro supera i 160 mm dovrà essere
installato l’automatismo con il sistema 10DOORBSS oppure può essere
installato l’operatore sulla porta e il braccio a spingere fissato sul telaio.
Può essere automatizzata una porta a due ante battenti mediante l’utilizzo di due BRINK programmabili uno MASTER e l’altro SLAVE agendo
sulle centrali di comando.

> ENGLISH BRINK is a swing door automation system for use in
hospitals, offices, supermarkets, etc. This has been designed for intensive use and is ideal for already existing doors. It can be supplied either
with a “pulling arm” (10DOORBST) or a “pushing arm” (10DOORBSS).
The choice between the S-10DOORBSS or S-10DOORBST systems
and the type of installation can be influenced by various factors: if the
operator has to be fitted on the door because there is little space above
the door, then S-10DOORBSS is chosen; if the thickness of the wall
exceeds 160 mm, then the S-10DOORBSS automation system must
be installed, or the operator can be fitted to the door and the push arm
fixed to the frame. A double leaf door can be automated by means of
two programmable BRINK, one MASTER and the other SLAVE, through
the control unit.

> ITALIANO Barriera automatica per parcheggi e ingressi, privati o pubblici,
con apertura fino a un massimo di 6 metri.
Il motore in bassa tensione ne garantisce la continuità di funzionamento
anche in contesti dove il servizio d’uso è più intensivo come strade e parcheggi
a intenso traffico. In caso di mancanza di corrente il servizio è garantito dalla
batteria ricaricabile a 12 Volt opzionale.
Praticità: l’installazione e la manutenzione sono facilitati dal nuovo alloggiamento della centrale posta in alto subito sotto il coperchio di protezione e
sopra la barriera. I vani per l’elettronica e la parte meccanica sono stati
separati e l’anta laterale si apre esclusivamente per accedere al motore e
agli organi meccanici. Inoltre il montaggio centrale dell’asta ne consente
l’applicazione indifferentemente a destra o a sinistra. Il lampeggiante può
essere installato direttamente sul coperchio superiore e il corpo centrale
della barriera è predisposto per ospitare l’alloggiamento delle fotocellule
e del selettore a chiave. La particolare struttura dell’asta (rotonda e ad
inserimento) consente una estrema facilità di trasporto e montaggio, nonché
una notevole resistenza e stabilità al vento riducendo l’effetto vela anche
in presenza di condizioni atmosferiche estreme.
Elettronica evoluta: la centrale effettua l’autodiagnosi di tutti i dispositivi
di sicurezza dell’impianto prima di ogni movimentazione dell’asta. La velocità di apertura è regolabile elettronicamente da 6,9 a 9,7 secondi con soft
start e accostamento regolabile. La sicurezza antischiacciamento è garantita da un sistema di rilevazione ostacoli che arresta o inverte la marcia
della barriera al minimo contatto con qualsiasi ostacolo. Con un apposito
lampeggiante è possibile contare le manovre effettuate e programmare una
soglia di allarme per la manutenzione.

> ITALIANO L’attuatore tipo WIN aziona direttamente il rullo della
> ENGLISH The door operator type WIN directly operate the roll-
porta ad avvolgimento a rullo centrale fisso. La sua installazione
all’interno del rullo, come si trattasse di un’altra puleggia, risolve
il problema della mancanza di spazio tra le estremità del rullo
stesso e la parete, e permette di automatizzare nella maniera più
semplice qualunque tipo di porta precedentemente installata.
L’apparecchio viene installato nel rullo centrale della porta chiudendo le due metà della corona di trascinamento e viene fissato tramite una flangia e una vite passante. Può essere azionato
semplicemente con un pulsante, una serratura a due posizioni o
tramite un dispositivo elettrico che, situato nel punto desiderato,
permette di azionare l’apparecchio mediante pulsante, chiave o
radiocomando. Fine corsa con regolazione automatica.
Azionamento manuale della porta
In caso di mancanza di corrente, la porta può essere azionata
manulmente e senza fatica. Nei motori dotati di kit elettrofreno,
quest’ultimo dovrà essere sbloccato mediante un dispositivo
molto facile da utilizzare, fornito con il kit.
