DESIGN AND OPERATING LOGIC
The ventilator consists of the telescopic air duct with adjustable length regulated by position of the inner air duct inside the outer air
duct, the ventilation unit and the ventilation hood.
Two filters and the ceramic regenerator are located inside the inner duct of the telescope.
The filters are designed to purify supply air and prevent foreign object ingress to the regenerator and the fan.

Scambiatore di calore in ceramica (Recuperatore)
L’unità REW AUTO è provvista di scambiatore di calore in ceramica con efficienza fino al 90%. Lo scambiatore
consente di immettere aria calda filtrata in ambiente utilizzando l’energia termica recuperata dell’aria estratta.
Grazie alla sua struttura cellulare, lo scambiatore garantisce un’elevata conducibilità termica ed efficienza di
recupero. Lo scambiatore viene sottoposto ad un speciale trattamento antibatterico che permette di evitare
formazione di batteri all’interno del recuperatore (garantito 10 anni). Il lato interno del recuperatore è provvisto di
materiale isolante utilizzato come sigillante.
Condotto telescopico
Condotti telescopici circolari in PVC. La lunghezza del condotto telescopico è regolabile in base allo spessore
della parete. Il montaggio è semplice e veloce.
Filtri aria
L’unità è dotata di due filtri aria classe G3 utilizzati per depurare l’aria di mandata e di ripresa. I filtri evitano l’ingresso di polvere e insetti e garantiscono la pulizia delle parti del ventilatore. I filtri hanno inoltre un trattamento
antibatterico. L’eventuale pulizia dei filtri con acqua o aspirapolveri non reca danno al trattamento antibatterico.
Ventilatore reversibile EC
Ventilatore assiale reversibile con motore EC a basso consumo energetico. Alimentazione 12 V. Il motore è dotato di protezione da surriscaldamento e cuscinetti a sfera per una lunga durata di funzionamento.
Piastra di montaggio
Le unità REW AUTO sono dotate di piastra di montaggio che facilitano la manutenzione dei ventilatori, dei filtri e
del recuperato. L’unità viene fissata alla piastra con speciali magneti e prese.
Le parti interne del ventilatore sono accessibili estraendo semplicemente il ventilatore. La scheda contatti permette di integrare più ventilatori in un’unica rete e consentire il loro sincronismo operativo.
Cavo di alimentazione
REW AUTO è dotato di cavo di alimentazione pre-cablato. Il ventilatore è pronto per essere utilizzato e non necessita di collegamenti elettrici supplementari. Basta inserire la spina nella presa elettrica.

In Regeneration mode the ventilator operates in two cycles, 70 seconds each.
Cycle I. Warm stale air is extracted from the room. As it flows through the regenerator, it heats and moisturizes the regenerator,
transferring up to 91% heat energy. In 70 seconds as the ceramic regenerator gets warmed the ventilator is switched to supply mode.
Cycle II. Fresh intake air from outside flows through the ceramic regenerator and absorbs accumulated moisture and heat up to the
room temperature. In 70 seconds as the ceramic regenerator gets cooled down, the ventilator is switched into extract mode and the
cycle is renewed.
