Oltre 100 anni di qualità
Era il 1906 quando i fratelli Ubaldo, Colombo e Vittore Bugiolacchi iniziarono un’attività per la
“fabbricazione” di scarpe ed accessori in cuoio per organetti. Dalla seconda metà degli anni ’20 l’attività
proseguì sotto la direzione di Ubaldo. Alla morte di quest’ultimo, successe il figlio Mario che si è
avvalso, in qualità di capo operaio, dell’esperienza del cugino Gilberto (figlio di Colombo).
Nel 1946 Gilberto fonda una nuova azienda la “ITALCINTE” che con le capacità inventive del figlio Paolo
inizia ad esportare i suoi prodotti in numerosi paesi del mondo.
Dal 1976 l’azienda artigiana è condotta da Beniamino Bugiolacchi (figlio di Gilberto) che attualmente,
con la collaborazione della figlia Patrizia e di altri cinque dipendenti, prosegue la produzione di esclusivi
accessori in cuoio e materiali sintetici per fisarmoniche e strumenti musicali in genere.
Over 100 years of excellence
In 1906 the brothers Ubaldo, Colombo and Vittore Bugiolacchi began fabricating both shoes and leather
goods for the concertinas. During the second half of the 1920s the company was run and operated by
Ubaldo. After his death, the business was passed down a generation to his son Mario and his nephew
Gilberto (son of Colombo), who worked as a foreman in the firm.
ITALCINTE was founded in 1946 by Gilberto and, thanks to the collaboration of his eldest son Paolo, the
company began to export its products to many different countries. In 1976 the company was passed
down to Gilberto’s youngest son Beniamino Bugiolacchi, who since then has brought the company
where it is today, along with the help of his eldest daughter Patrizia.
Thanks to a team of highly experienced craftsmen and state of the art machinery, Italcinte produces
musical instrument accessories of the utmost quality, both in leather and synthetic materials.
Exzellenz seit über 100 jahren
Im Jahr 1679 begannen die Brüder Ubaldo, Colombo und Vittore Bugiolacchi mit der Produktion von
Schuhen und Leder-Accessoires für das Diatonische Akkordeon. Seit der zweiten Hälfte der 1920 er
Jahre ging der Betrieb unter der Führung von Ubaldo weiter. Als dieser starb, übernahm sein Sohn
Mario das Geschäft und führte es erfolgreich weiter, auch dank der beruflichen Ausbildung seines
Vetters Gilberto (der Sohn von Colombo), der in der Firma als Vorarbeiter tätig war.
Im Jahr 1946 gründete Gilberto die neue Firma ITALCINTE und führte das Unternehmen, dank der
Mitarbeit seines ältesten Sohnes Paolo, zum Wachstum auf dem internationalen Markt.
Seit dem Jahre 1976 ist Beniamino Bugiolacchi der Geschäftsinhaber und führt mit Unterstützung
seiner Tochter Patrizia und fünf weiteren Mitarbeitern das handwerkliche Unternehmen weiter, das
sich auf die Herstellung von hochwertigen Leder– und Kunststoff-Accessoires spezialisiert hat.

Il modello di queste cinghie ergonomiche nasce dall’esperienza e lo studio
approfondito della tecnica fisarmonicistica e dalla pratica e
l’insegnamento della Tecnica Alexander.Rispetto alle cinghie tradizionali,
le cinghie ergonomiche consentono una miglior distribuzione del peso e
della forza, utilizzando a pieno il supporto della schiena, lasciando libere le
spalle, il collo e le braccia.
Possono prevenire gli effetti negativi che spesso creano le cinghie
tradizionali: spalle spinte in avanti e verso il basso, torace compresso
verso il basso, costole fluttuanti e fianchi compressi, depressione del
torace, cedimento del bacino, pesantezza nella zona lombare della
colonna vertebrale. Con le cinghie ergonomiche, la base dello strumento
è assicurata alla parte bassa della schiena dalla cintura inferiore.Lo
strumento poggia sulla coscia sinistra, molto vicino l’articolazione
dell’anca, alle le creste iliache. In questo modo lo strumento è davvero
“ancorato”. Le cinghie superiori distribuiscono la forza della compressione
del mantice in quattro fasce, connettendo i ganci superiori dello strumento con la schiena al livello delle scapole: due cinghie avvolgono il torace
sotto le ascelle e le altre due passano accanto al collo.
Una volta strette a sufficienza le cinghie, cioè fin quando lo strumento
non ha più il minimo “gioco”, esso rimarrà fermo e stabile in modo che le
spalle, le braccia e le mani siano completamente libere di muoversi e non
debbano in nessun modo tenere fermo lo strumento.
È comunque necessario conoscere i principi della Tecnica Alexander al
fine di utilizzare correttamente queste cinghie. È possibile, infatti, avere
una sensazione di scomodità e disagio in quanto, per esempio, non
permettono di piegarsi molto in avanti e lateralmente. In quel caso,
per premere le mentoniere, si dovranno usare le gambe per sollevare
leggermente lo strumento verso il mento. Le cinghie ergonomiche sono
pensate per uno strumento a bottoni di massima estensione (bayan), ma
vengono ugualmente utilizzate con ottimi risultati su strumenti diversi,
compresi quelli a tastiera a pianoforte.
Il libro “Mastering Accordion Technique” di Claudio Jacomucci, Kathleen
Delaney (2012) illustra approfonditamente i principi della tecnica
fisarmonicistica, tra cui l’impostazione e l’uso delle cinghie.

"Since I study and practice the Alexander Technique I have struggled to
find an alternative and improved strap system. Standard straps are not
conceived for big and heavy instruments but for hanging a light- weight
instruments from the shoulders, or even from the neck.
I have experimented with all possible, thinkable “wrapping” and
“hanging” methods and I finally designed an ergonomic strap system
which provides a greater mechanical advantage, freeing the performer
from many physical constraints.Their firm support of the back allows a
proper weight and force distribution, letting the neck, shoulders and
arms free.They may prevent harmful effects which often arise using
traditional straps: shoulders pushed forward and down, chest compressed down, floating ribs squeezed, pulling-down of the sides of the chest,
sinking down in the hip, “getting heavy” in the lower back.
With the ergonomic straps, the base of the instrument is secured to
lower back by the lower belt.The instrument rests on the thighs, with the
bellows centered on the left thigh.The upper straps distribute the
pressure of pulling and pushing in four bands. They connect the instrument’s mounting points (the upper hooks) with the back, at the low
shoulder blades level: two belts wrap the thorax under the armpits and
the other two pass beside the neck.
Once the straps are tightened enough, the instrument will not joggle, it
will be stable and firm so that the shoulders, arms and the hands are free
from having to grip, support and control the instrument.
However, it is necessary to know the principles of the Alexander Technique in order to properly use these straps. Otherwise, they may feel quite
uncomfortable at first glance. As they prevent the thorax from slumping
forward and sideways, the movement for pressing a chin register, for
example, must be done by bringing the instrument upwards, towards
the chin, with the help of the legs.
The ergonomic straps are designed to be used with a full range button
accordion, but they also give excellent results with other types of instrument."
