L’ L’AZIENDA
Metal House è entrata nel 2012 nel campo
della logistica industriale, acquisendo un’azienda italiana affermata da più di 30 anni nel
settore. Grazie al mix dato dall’incontro tra le
due realtà, oggi l’azienda è in grado di realizzare prodotti tecnologicamente avanzati, altamente performanti, certificati e tutelati da brevetto.
Nel campo dello stoccaggio e del trasporto
dei capi appesi e stesi la produzione è suddivisa in due settori distinti ma relazionati tra di
loro:
1) progettazione e allestimento di impianti per
lo stoccaggio e movimentazione di capi appesi e stesi (struttura e macchinari);
2) progettazione e costruzione di attrezzature
per il trasporto di capi appesi per veicoli a
motore (camion, furgoni, autovetture, container ecc.).
In parallelo, l’azienda propone anche una serie di accessori connessi all'industria dell'abbigliamento quali carrelli porta abiti e porta
scarpe, pedane di carico, rulli trasportatori ed
altro ancora. L’azienda produce inoltre una
vasta gamma di scaffalature e soppalchi in
acciaio pre-zincato, in base alle indicazioni
del singolo cliente.

THE COMPANY
Starting from 2012, Metal House Srl entered
into the industrial logistic field, through the
acquisition of a company operating in this
business area for more than 30 years. By acquiring the company’s know-how, nowadays
our firm is able to study, design and realize
technologically advanced products, with high
performances, certifications and patents.
In the field of storage, handling and transport
of garments (hanging and folded) the production is divided into two distinct but related
branches:
1) the design and construction of warehouses
for the storage and handling of hanging garments (structures and equipment);
2) the design and construction of equipment
for transportation vehicles (fitting for trucks,
vans, cars, containers, etc).
In addition to these productions, Metal House
designs and realize a variety of accessories
for the garment industry (such as racks for
garments and shoes, tables and roller conveyors) as well as a wide range of shelves,
mezzanines, and other structures based on
customers’ requests.

STRUTTURE PER LA
LOGISTICA DELLA MODA
Anni di esperienza nel settore ci hanno consentito di progettare un sistema per attrezzare magazzini dedicati alla logistica del mondo dell’abbigliamento che offre le soluzioni
più efficienti sia in termini di capacità di capi
immagazzinati sia di velocità nella movimentazione. Inoltre la completa modularità dei
componenti permette di adeguare le strutture
a seconda della tipologia di prodotto che il
cliente ha bisogno di gestire in diversi momenti (capo appeso o capo inscatolato, sia
estivi che invernali, scarpe, ecc.) garantendo
la massima flessibilità gestionale.
Il sistema è composto da montanti
(dimensione 76x76mm, spessore della lamiera da 18/10 a 25/10) che formano una maglia
2080x2080mm elemento portante della struttura; i montanti sono connessi da traversi in
lamiera zincata con uno spessore a partire da
20/10.
Nel caso di strutture a più livelli, gli stessi traversi vengono utilizzati anche per il sostegno
delle passerelle in lamiera grigliata larghe
750mm e complete di battiscopa H 250mm.
Attraverso le passerelle il personale può accedere alle appenderie realizzate con tubi da
1 pollice, di spessore 2,5mm e una portata di
60kg/mt.
Risalitori motorizzati (a norma CEE) movimentano i capi appesi su carrelli aerei che
scorrono su manovie centrali e, guidati da
deviatori in alluminio a due posizioni, arrivano
fino all’area di stoccaggio assegnata.
Gli operatori possono muoversi liberamente
tramite scale perfettamente integrate nella
struttura.
A completare gli impianti forniamo anche degli sfili manuali per il carico-scarico più rapido
dei semi-rimorchi.
Tutti gli elementi sono realizzati in lamiera
zincata e vanno a comporre una struttura
che abbina ad un’elevata resistenza meccanica (con portate e capienze di stoccaggio superiori) ad un’estetica elegante e raffinata.
Infine, la tecnologia costruttiva del nostro prodotto consente una drastica riduzione dei
tempi di montaggio e quindi del costo complessivo d’opera per il cliente.

STRUCTURES
Years of experience on the field have enabled
us to design a system to equip warehouses
dedicated to fashion logistics that offers the
most efficient solutions in terms of total capacity of clothes stored and handling speed.
In addition, the full modularity of the components makes it possible to adapt the structures depending on the type of product that
the customer needs to manage at different
times (hanging and flat garments, shoes etc.)
ensuring maximum operational flexibility.
The system is composed by uprights (sizes
76x76 mm, thickness of sheet metal from
18/10 to 25/10) that form a mesh of
2080x2080mm that is the backbone of the
structure; the uprights are connected by
stringers of galvanized sheet metal with a
thickness of 20/10.
In case of multi-level structures, the same
stringers are also used for the support of the
750mm wide gratings gangways that are
completed with toeboards 250mm height.
Through the gangways staff can access the
hanger bars made with 1-inch tube with thickness 2.5mm and a load capacity of 60kg/mt .
Automated conveyors (EEC approved) move
the hanging garments on overhead trolleys
that run on the middle rails, and led by aluminum switches they arrive to the assigned storage area.
Operators can move freely through stairs integrated into the structure.
We complete the installations also providing
pull-off extensions for loading-unloading of
semi-trailers
All elements are made of galvanized sheet
metal composing a structure which combines
high mechanical strength ( with higher load
and storage capacities) and an elegant and
refined aesthetic.
Lastly, the construction technology of our system allows a drastic reduction in assembly
times and therefore the overall labor cost for
the customer.

robusto e allo stesso tempo pratico da smontare; è inoltre molto adatto all’assorbimento

SCAFFALATURE
Oltre al sistema per attrezzare i magazzini
dedicati alle aziende della moda Metal House
produce anche una gamma di scaffalature a
spalla per diversi utilizzi. Le scaffalature leggere con spalla C 60 possono essere usate
per lo stoccaggio statico di capi appesi con
l’utilizzo di apposite barre appenderia oppure
per scatole e pacchetti di peso limitato grazie
a ripiani in lamiera zincata. Si impiegano invece le spalle C 60 o C 100 con travi di supporto in funzione porta pallet o con l’aggiunta di
ripiani di maggior spessore per scatole o contenitori pesanti. In questo caso le portate possono arrivare anche di 1000 kg a ripiano.

SHELVING
In addition to the system developed for the
specifics needs of the fashion companies Metal House also manufactures a range of shelving with frames for different uses. The light
shelving with frame C 50 can be used for the
static storage of hanging garments with the
use of special or hanging rails or for boxes
and packages of limited weight thanks to
shelves in galvanized sheet metal . We offerframes C 60 C or C 100 with beams as a funpallet racks or with the addition of shelves of
greater thickness for heavy containers and
boxes. In this case the load bearing can
reach to a capacity up to 1000 kg for shelf.

In questo campo Metal House propone ai
suoi clienti allestimenti che possono contare
su un know-how accumulato in anni d’esperienza e che permette di ottenere prestazioni
sopra la media. Tra i punti di forza annoveriamo:
• Portate più elevate e quindi maggiori capienze di stoccaggio;
• Possibilità di adattamento a veicoli di diversa larghezza (nuovo sistema per barre Power
Extension) a stelo telescopico;
• Molteplici tipologie di fori per barre, con diversi sistemi di ancoraggio da utilizzare a seconda degli impieghi e dei veicoli;
• Maggiore possibilità di personalizzazione
del prodotto (scritte personalizzate, colori personalizzati, ecc);
• Impiego di materiali altamente resistenti e
leggeri nello stesso tempo, quali ABS a fibra
speciale, alluminio anodizzato, profili estrusi a
geometria speciale (su ns. progetto).

PANNELLI A NIDO D’APE
Oltre ai profili di ancoraggio Metal House produce anche pannelli a nido d’ape, usati soprattutto per l’allestimento di casse mobili,
semi-rimorchi e container. La densità di fori
presente sui pannelli permette di adattarsi
alle diverse esigenze di carico, rendendo possibile ancorare le barre appendiabiti ad altezze e profondità differenti.
I pannelli standard sono in acciaio S235 con
spessore diverso e possono essere trattati
con zincatura a caldo o a freddo.
È possibile anche realizzare i pannelli in alluminio anodizzato.
KEYHOLES PANELS
Besides the restraint tracks Metal House also
manufactures keyholes panels, mainly used
for the internal fitting of swap bodies, semitrailers and containers. The density of holes
on the panels allows to adapt to different load
requirements, making it possible to anchor
the garment rails to many dufferent heights
and depths.
The standard panels are in S235 steel with
different thickness and can have a cold or hot
dip galvanizing treatment.
It’s possible to realize the panel in anodized
aluminium.

Le barre porta abiti Metal House in acciaio
sono progettate grazie all’esperienza ventennale nel settore: la sezione del tubo a goccia
permette di avere portate maggiori rispetto ad
una sezione ovale o circolare. Possono essere dotate di ferma capi e sono completate da
diversi modelli di testine in plastica e in ferro.
Hanno un’escursione del pistone a molla di
ritorno di 96 mm. Possono avere una finitura
superficiale zincata o cromata e per raggiungere portate superiori possono essere dotate
di un rinforzo interno.
The steel garments rails manufactured by
Metal House are designed with a know-how
based on twenty years of experience in the
field: the drop-shaped section of the tube allows higher load capacity compared to a circular or oval section. They can be equipped
with stop hangers axle and are complemented by different models of plastic and iron
ends. They have a pull-off spring extension of
96 mm. They can be zinc or chrome plated
and to reach a higher load capacity they can
have an internal reinforcement.

Le barre appendi abiti in alluminio vengo realizzate da Metal House soprattutto per l’allestimento di furgoni fino a 3,5 T, perché grazie
al peso ridotto rispetto alle barre in acciaio
permettono di allestire i mezzi in maniera
completa gravando meno sulla portata del
veicolo. Possono essere dotate di ferma capi
e sono completate da diversi modelli di testine in plastica e in ferro. È disponibile anche
un modello con doppio tubo dotata di un’estensione telescopica di 300 mm e con portata superiore.
The aluminium garments rails manufactured
by Metal House are especially dedicated to
equip vans till 3,5 tons, because thanks to the
reduced weight compared to steel rails, they
allow a complete internal fitting burdening
less the load capacity of the vehicle. They
can be equipped with stop hangers axle and
are complemented by different models of
plastic and iron ends. It is available a model
with a double tube and a telescopic extension
of 300 mm with a higher load capacity.
