トロント市警は市民に、人身売買の捜査で 3
人が逮捕されたことを公表する。
報告によると、
 2015 年 2 月 27 日金曜日、ベイ通り/
ダンダス通り付近にあるホテルの警備
員が騒音の苦情にに対応した。
 その部屋で 14 歳の少女を発見した。
更に以下の疑いがある。
 14 歳の少女は人身売買により連れて
こられた。
 犯人達によりホテルに連れ込まれ、1
週間に渡り売春することを強要された。
 少女は所持金をすべて犯罪者達に渡す
ことを強要された。
 少女はホテルの部屋に閉じ込められ、
携帯電話を含む私物を取り上げられた
うえ、部屋の電話の接続を切られた。
 容疑者達は性的サービスの広告をイン
ターネットに載せ、利用者との取引を
した。
 少女は身の安全を恐れ、その場を離れ
ることが出来なかった。
2015 年 2 月 27 日金曜日、性犯罪人身売買取
締チームは男２人と女 1 人を逮捕した。
トロント在住の Sage Finestone 21 歳と
Nicholas Faria 19 歳、住所不定の Natasha
Robataille 18 歳は以下の容疑で告訴された。

2015 年 2 月 28 日土曜日、容疑者達は旧市庁
舎法廷に出廷した。
14 歳の少女は家族のいる自宅へ戻り、現在は
安全である。
警察は他にも被害者がいると見ている。

Three arrests in Human Trafficking

Police believe there may be more
victims
The Toronto Police Service would like to
make the public aware of three arrests in
a Human Trafficking investigation.
It is alleged that:
- on Friday, February 27, 2015, security
officers working at a hotel in the Bay
Street/Dundas Street West area responded
to a noise complaint
- in the room, they found a 14-year-old
girl
It is further alleged that:
- the 14-year-old girl was procured into
the sex trade
- she was invited to a hotel by the
offenders, then forced to provide sexual
services over the course of a week
- she was forced to turn over all the
money to the offenders
- she was confined in a hotel room, her
personal belongings were taken, including
her cell phone, and the hotel room phone
was disabled
- the offenders placed advertisements for
sexual services on the internet, and made
arrangements with clients
- the 14-year-old girl feared for her
safety and was not able to leave
On Friday, February 27, 2015, the Sex
Crimes Human Trafficking Enforcement Team
arrested two men and a woman.
Sage Finestone, 21, and Nicholas Faria,
19, both of Toronto, and Natasha
Robataille, 18, of no fixed address, are
each charged with:
1) Forcible Confinement
2) Trafficking in Persons by Recruiting
3) Trafficking of a person under the age
of 18 years exercise control
4) Material Benefit resulting from
Trafficking in Persons
5) Financial/Material Benefit Trafficking
person under 18
6) Material Benefit from Sexual Services
7) Material Benefit from Sexual Services
provided by a Person Under 18
8) Procuring/Exercising Control
9) Procuring/Recruit Person under 18
years
10) Advertising another person’s sexual
services
They appeared in court at Old City Hall
on Saturday, February 28, 2015.
The 14-year-old girl has been returned
home to her family and is now safe.
Police believe there may be more victims.

間を売買する行為を云う。犯行は、行為実行
のために監禁、暴力、脅迫、誘拐、誘致など
他人の自由を侵害する行為を伴う。この種の
取引では、国内に限らず、国外への移送のケ
ースも発生している。日本の法務省は、日本
で多発した人身売買の撲滅のために 2005 年 6
月には刑法を改正し「人身売買罪」を新設し
た。
トロント市警の性犯罪課人身売買対策チーム
は、被害者を救出することを優先し、また救
出後には被害者のための回復サポートサービ
