MIC is the cooling unit for material port of injection-­ molding machine which realized stable temperature control and high safety. The cooling water connection of primary side is unnecessary in the air-­cooled type which takes utility into consideration.

Stabilization of molding quality

There is not water leakage for using a canned pump. Also, there is a little equipment noise.
Stable temperature control precision
The material biting insert becomes improving when making the material inlet temperature for injection machine be stable and the molding quality is stable.
In precise molding, the material inlet temperature affects to material measuring precision. And the material is PA, LCP, etc.
It is possible to perform software control for cooling control with air-­cooling.
Compact
Setup in the injection machine is easy because the mechanism is simple and compact.
In case of the small mold, it is possible to using as the mold temperature controller. In the area of general mold temperatures in range of 60°C~70°C, demonstrates capable cooling functions
It doesn't fit the thin mold of cooling pipe because the drain pressure is low. Also, it isn't possible to cool less than the room temperature. Installs to low place of equipment ambient temperature.

1 Required water quality: Add the antirust to the equivalent grade of Japan Refrigeration and Air-­condition Industry Standard for make-­up water (With least PH6 to 8 calcium, silica, chlorine, iron content.) Recommends Matsui antirust.
2 In heat overload exceeding cooling capacity, it isn’t possible to perform temperature control.
3 Uses in maximum flow rate. The flow rate decreases when installing a valve in the middle of a pipeline. Therefore, don’t set the valves.
4 The outer dimensions doesn't include pipe and reserve tank. The pipe port sometimes changes with the convenience of customer.
