and now work to inspire people not only through mainstream entertainment sectors
like music, film and theatre production, but in a wide range of lifestyle areas
such as museums, bars and human resources training. This is why we call

In no time at all, three years have passed since I became the CEO of Amuse Group. These three years have been a time of great
change for the industry.
However, thanks to your support, our artist management business has managed to keep up with its ever-changing environment.
I would like to thank our fans also for their passionate support at the concerts of our artists, from BEGIN and Masaharu Fukuyama, who celebrated his 20th anniversary last year, to Porno Graffitti, Perfume and flumpool.
We would like to maximize the values of inspiration,
and deliver them to all of stakeholders.
You are also seeing our artists more and more. Artists such as Yuji Miyake, Goro Kishitani, Yasufumi Terawaki, Yasuko Tomita
and Eri Fukatsu have had long careers with us, as have Southern All Stars, who have sadly gone on hiatus as a group but are
enjoying full solo careers. We also have a great many young artists on the rise, such as Haruma Miura, Takeru Sato, Yuriko Yoshitaka and Riisa Naka. They are enjoying an increasing number of opportunities to be in the public eye through appearances in
TV shows, films and commercials, and in a way this is directly connected to our growth as a company. Our artists’ careers are
the foundation of our business, and I hope that their success also reflects well on us as a Amuse Group.
The Asian market is currently growing tremendously, so I would like to invest Amuse Group’s know-how and expand our business there. Geishin Creative Inc., the manufacturing subsidiary we established last year, has its main production base in China
and is receiving an increasing number of orders from other companies also. By establishing this manufacturing subsidiary, we
have been able to add value to the content our artists produce, and establish a system in which we personally procure products
for our customers to enjoy. We have begun our expansion into the Asian market with manufacturing, but we also plan to secure
footholds in both the contents and the artists and build a strategy to grow our business.

代表取締役就任以来、早くも三年という年月が経ちました。この三年はアミューズグループをとりまく様々
な環境が大きく変動した期間であったという印象があります。
この変動の中、アミューズグループのアーティストマネージメントビジネス自体は、おかげさまで順調に推移し
ております。
昨年デビュー 20 周年を迎えた福山雅治、BEGINをはじめ、ポルノグラフィティ、 Perfume、flumpool
などのライブ活動もファンの皆さまに熱く支えていただいております。
また現在バンドとしましては活動休止中でありますが、サザンオールスターズのメンバーによる充実したソロ
活動とともに、三宅裕司、岸谷五朗、寺脇康文、富田靖子、深津絵里など長年に渡ってアミューズに所属し
てくれているアーティストや、三浦春馬、佐藤健、吉高由里子、仲里依紗など若手のアーティストの台頭がこ
れに加わり、皆さまの目に触れるアミューズ所属アーティストの数も非常に増えてまいりました。テレビ番組・
映画・CMなどアミューズのアーティストが皆さまの目に触れる機会が増えてきたことは、
ある意味そのまま会
社の成長度合いに直結いたします。事業の基盤である「アーティストの活動」が活発になれば、アミューズ
グループの事業も良い方向へ向かっているとお考えいただければと思います。
そして、昨今、
目覚しい発展を続けるアジア市場にもアミューズグループのノウハウを投入し、
ビジネスの領
域を拡大してまいりたいと思います。昨年設立いたしました、株式会社芸神クリエイティブは、生産の主な拠
点を中国に構えた「ものづくり」子会社であり、他社からの受注も順調に伸びております。この「ものづくり」
子会社設立により、アーティストが生み出すコンテンツに付加価値を増大させ、お客さまに喜んで頂ける商
品等を自ら調達する体制をも整えることが出来ました。このように、生産拠点からスタートしたアジア市場の
戦略ですが、今後はコンテンツ、アーティストの両面からビジネスチャンスの波頭を捉え、成長戦略を構築し
てまいります。
また、同じく昨年設立いたしました、株式会社アミューズエデュテインメントでは、アミューズグループの創業
者であります大里洋吉自ら指揮を執り、アクティブシニア層を新たなマーケットと捉え、
エルダー向けのエン
ターテインメント開発を行っております。余暇という貴重な時間を、アミューズグループが生み出すコンテン

Last year also saw the establishment of Amuse Edutainment Inc. Amuse Group founder Yokichi Osato personally spearheaded
this company and secured a position in the “active senior” market, enabling us to expand into senior entertainment. We hope

Group’s film contents business, distributing films and producing and selling DVDs. It plans to strengthen its synergetic lineup, through the production of films and sale of
DVDs featuring Amuse artists, as well as the planning of
original works.
This company was established as a joint business by Amuse
and Victor Entertainment, to keep up with the changes in
the music industry and customers’ needs. It is actively involved in the distribution of packages and songs, especially
Southern All Stars, and licensing management and planning-related business.
Importing and selling Belgian beer and running Belgian
beer bars for over 20 years, Brussels is the company that
brought Belgian beer to Japan. Now it runs seven bars in
Tokyo and other parts of Japan. It plans to open not only
Belgian beer bars but a wide range of other bars and restaurants.
Amuse Museum is built in the international tourist destination and historical and arts district of Asakusa. This is
Amuse Edutainment’s base for providing quality “edutainment” (education + entertainment), mainly for the “active
