受験上の配慮申請について
（海外受験者用）

身体等に障害等のある受験者は、障害の種類・程度に応じて特別な配慮を受けることが
できます。特別な配慮を希望する受験者（以下、「申請者」といいます）は、この「受験
上の配慮申請について」をよく読んで申請してください。
１．提出書類
申請書（添付様式）及び添付資料
申請者は、自分が受験を希望する都市の試験実施機関に、
別紙の申請書（5 ページ）に必要事項を記入して、願書及
び所定の添付資料と一緒に提出して下さい。代理人による
申請もできます。
＊2016 年第 1 回(7 月)試験より申請書式が一部変更になり
ました。申請書別紙「受験上の配慮における試験時間（4
ページ）」も合わせてご参照ください。
２．申請書受付期間
試験実施機関に確認してください。
３．受験上の配慮特別措 (1)試験を主催する国際交流基金は、専門家からなる「受験
置決定までのプロセス
上の配慮に関する委員会」の委員と協議し、提出書類を
もとに受験上の配慮の内容を決定します。
(2)提出された書類では情報が不十分な場合は、申請者また
はその代理人に対し、実施機関を通して追加情報を求め
ることがあります。
(3)受験上の配慮の内容に関する最終的な決定は、11 月上旬
までに申請者またはその代理人に書面等で通知します。
(4)申請者またはその代理人と、国際交流基金との連絡は、
すべて試験実施機関を通して行います。
４．結果の通知について結果通知には、受験者が特に希望する場合を除き受験上の配
慮に関する記載をしません。ただし「聴解」試験免除は記載
されます。

Instructions for Request for Special Testing Accommodations
(Overseas Edition)

Special testing accommodations may be provided for examinees with disabilities. Those
who wish to apply for special testing accommodations (hereafter referred to as applicants)
should apply after reading this document in full.
1. Documents to be submitted:
Special Testing Accommodations Request Form and attached documents
Applicants should fill in the all 5 pages of the Request Form attached to this document and send it
with their Application Form and other required documents to the host institution in the city where
they wish to take the test. It is also possible for a representative to apply on behalf of the applicant.
*Request form has been revised from 2016(July) Test, please refer to the Attachment “Test Times
for Applicants with Special Testing Accommodations” (4pages) along with the Request Form.
2. Application period:
Applicants should be sure to contact the host institution for confirmation of the application period.
3. Decision process regarding the implementation of special testing
accommodations:
(1) The Japan Foundation, which organizes the test, in consultation with the Committee for Special
Testing Accommodations (CSTA), will decide what special accommodations should be put in place
based on the contents of Request Form.
(2) If the information provided on the request form is not sufficient, the Japan Foundation may
contact the applicant or their representative through the host institution to request further
information.
(3) The applicant or their representative will be notified of the final decision regarding the special
testing accommodations before the beginning of November.
(4) All communication between applicant or their representative and the Japan Foundation will be
conducted through the host institution.
4. Notification of results:
The notification of test results will not make any mention of the special testing accommodations,
unless applicant requests to the contrary.
Note however, the notification will record listening test exemptions, if any.
