Lecturer of MBA program at HABS of the Universty of Wales, majoring NPO
management. Engaged in the NPO management research activities in the USA as a
NPO fellow of the Japan Foundation Center for Global Partnership in 2002. After
returning home, worked for NGO supplied polio vaccines to developing countries for 10
years and went into national policies as a policy-making secretary for National
Assembly members. Received TOYP “Ten Outstanding Young Persons” Foreign
Minister’s Prize Award from Junior Chamber International Japan.
Khmer Youth
Social Development Goodwill ambassador since 2012.
Wrote several books including “The Educational Roles of NPO” by Tokyo University
Publishing Company, “White Paper on Volunteer 2002”, Cheer up: how to link woman’s
power with politics” by Kindai-Bungeisha.
