シャネルの若手音楽家支援のプロジェクト、シャネル・ピグマリオン・デイズ。「Pygmalion（ピグマリオン）」という言葉はギリ
シャ神話に語源を持ち、才能を信じ、支援して、開花させる人という意味があります。毎年選ばれたアーティストがシャ
ネル・ネクサス・ホールで演奏を積み重ね、羽ばたいていくこのプロジェクトの精神をご紹介する特別コンサートです。
2014年1月に続き、今回も3人の才能あふれるアーティスト達をお迎えし、東日本大震災の被災地支援活動をサポー
トするチャリティ・コンサートとして開催致します。当日使用されるピアノは、ベーゼンドルファー・ジャパン様がご提供下さ
います。才能豊かな若手演奏家たちの素晴らしい演奏とコンサート後の交流会をお楽しみ頂きたく、ご案内申し上げ
ます。出演アーティストのプロフィールは裏面をご参照下さい。ご多忙のことと存じますが、より多くの皆様にご参加頂き
たく、お早めのご予約をお待ちしております。

CHANEL Pygmalion Days Special Charity Concert

CHANEL’s project to support young musicians is known as the ‘CHANEL Pygmalion Days’. Every year, young
concert artists are chosen to perform at the CHANEL NEXUS HALL. We are pleased to introduce the spirit
of Pygmalion, a word which comes from Greek mythology, meaning a person who believes in, supports and
nurtures talented artists.
Following the third concert held in January 2014, we are pleased to announce that the fourth concert will be
held as a charity concert to support the victims and affected areas of the earthquake. It is a great pleasure to
introduce the following talented artists who will perform for this special occasion. Please note that profiles of
the artists are on the reversed side of this flyer. Also, we are pleased to inform you that a piano will be lent to
us by Bösendorfer Japan for this concert. We hope that you will join us with your music-loving friends as this
will be your most memorable evening!

池永夏美
Natsumi Ikenaga / Piano
ニューヨーク出身。10歳までアメリカで育つ。2000年に岩崎淑氏に師事する。2007年に桐朋女子高等学校音楽科を卒業後、桐朋学園
大学音楽学部音楽学科（ピアノ専攻）に進学し、翌2008年9月よりイギリス、英国王立音楽大学（Royal College of Music）に留学。入
学試験成績優秀者に選ばれ、入学奨学金を受ける。大学３年と4年次の学内リサイタル試験においてピアノ科最優秀の成績をおさめ、
Beatrice Leigh Prize、及び、Sarah Mundlak Prizeを授与され卒業。Gordon Calway Stone Memorial 奨学金を受け、2014年に同大
学大学院修士課程を最優等（distinction）で卒業。2015年7月に同大学よりアーティスト・ディプロマを授与される。ロンドンでは、ロイヤ
ル・アルバート・ホール、スタインウェイ・ホール、リージェント・ホール、ロイヤル・フェスティバル・ホール、ケンジントン宮殿などで演奏を行う。ま
た、これまでにイタリア、オーストリア、フランス、スペイン、ポーランド、アメリカなど世界各地でコンサートに出演。2014年にCHANEL Pygmalion Daysアーティストに選ばれる。また同年に、岩崎淑氏主催の室内楽グループ「カロローザ」のメンバーとしての活動も開始。現在、
東京とロンドンを中心にソロ及び室内楽の積極的な演奏活動を行っている。
Born in Ithaca, New York, Natsumi Ikenaga is currently studying for a Master of Music degree in Performance at the Royal College of Music (RCM) with Dina Parakhina as an RCM Scholar supported by the Gordon Calway Stone Memorial Award. In July,
2012, she received a Bachelor of Music degree with distinction at the RCM where she studied piano with Kevin Kenner and Gordon Fergus-Thompson, and harpsichord with Jane Chapman. As an undergraduate, she was awarded the Beatrice Leigh Prize and
the Sarah Mundlak Prize for achieving the highest mark in her 3rd and 4th Year Piano Recital Exams.
Previously, she studied at the Toho Gakuen School of Music in Tokyo. She has performed at many international venues, including
the Mirabel Palace in Salzburg, Steinway Halls in both New York and London, National Gallery, Victoria & Albert Museum. She
also regularly performs with a number of chamber ensembles, playing a repertoire ranging from baroque to contemporary music.
伊藤悠貴
Yuki Ito / Cello
1989年東京出身、15歳よりロンドン在住。2006年ヤニグロ国際チェロコンクール優勝、08年日本音楽コンクール第2位・聴衆賞受賞。21
歳で欧州の登竜門ブラームス国際コンクール、および英国の最高峰ウィンザー祝祭国際弦楽コンクールで日本人初優勝。11年名門フィ
ルハーモニア管弦楽団定期でのデビューをはじめ、国内外の主要なオーケストラと共演。室内楽をV.アシュケナージ、J.ロイド＝ウェバーらと
共演。「見事な説得力」（英ストラッド誌）、「著しく成熟し味わいのある演奏」（アメリカンレコードガイド）、「傑出した才能」（毎日新聞）ほ
か英米日のメジャーメディアより高い評価を受け、ロンドンのロイヤル・フェスティバル・ホールをはじめ、パリ、ローマ、クロアチア全国ツアー等
世界各地で定期的にソロリサイタル。英ウィンザー音楽祭、伊イスキア島音楽祭、YCA東京室内楽祭、東京・春・音楽祭等に出演。14
年CHANEL Pygmalion Days、16年東京オペラシティB→Cアーティスト。英BBC、仏ラジオクラシック、NHK-FM、日テレ「NEWS ZERO」
等各国のメディアに多数出演。
デビューアルバム『ラフマニノフ・チェロ全曲集』は英ストラッド誌「特薦盤」ほか各国で絶賛を受け、その反響から13年AMAZONグループ出
版『The Great Cello Players of Top 100』にも記載された。
倉田澄子、ダヴィド・ゲリンガス各氏に師事。11年英国王立音楽大学首席卒業。同大学日本宣伝大使。

Multi-award winning cellist Yuki Ito (age 26) first came to international prominence when he won 1st prize at both the International Johannes Brahms Competition in Austria and the prestigious Windsor Festival International String Competition in the UK
at age 21, subsequently making his début with the Philharmonia Orchestra at Windsor Castle.
Described by music journals from various corners of the globe as “masterfully assured” (The Strad UK), “outstanding talent” (Mainichi Newspaper Japan), and possessing “notable maturity and taste” (American Record Guide), he has given solo recitals
widely in Europe and Asia including London’s Royal Festival Hall, Royal Albert Hall’s Elgar Room, as well as a private home recital
for HRH The Prince Edward, tours from Paris, Rome to Salzburg, throughout Japan, and Korea. In 2012 he successfully auditioned

醍醐園佳
Sonoka Daigo / Soprano
東京都出身。東京音楽大学付属高校、東京音楽大学声楽演奏家コースを首席にて卒業。同大学院修士課程（オペラ科）修了。卒
業時にNTTドコモより奨学金を得る。第72回読売新人演奏会出演。二期会オペラ研修所第49期マスタークラス終了、終了時に優秀賞
受賞。第17回日本声楽コンクール入賞、第24回ソレイユ新人オーディション優秀賞。
オペラでは『ウィリッセの帰還』メラント、『偽りの女庭師』ラミーロ、『フィガロの結婚』スザンナ、ケルビーノ、『ドン・ジョヴァンニ』ドンナアンナ、
『ラ・ボエーム』ミミ、『天国と地獄』ダイアナ、『ヘンゼルとグレーテル』ヘンゼルなどを演じる。
2013年2月東京二期会オペラ劇場『こうもり』にてロザリンデ役のカバーとしてプロダクションに参加した。コンサートでは、ヴェルディ『レクイエ
ム』、小澤征爾音楽塾・二条城にてベートーヴェン『交響曲第九番』のソリストとして出演しているほか、台湾における日本歌曲演奏会に
出演するなど活躍の場を広げている。
14年東京二期会オペラ『チャールダーシュの女王』の主役シルヴァヴァレスクにて、15年11月、日生劇場にて、『ウィーン気質』フランツィ役
にて出演。東京音楽大学付属高校、順天中学高等学校非常勤講師。二期会会員。2015年CHANEL Pygmalion Daysアーティスト。
Sonoka Daigo was born in Tokyo. After attending the Tokyo College of Music High School, she went on to graduate top of her
class in the vocal performance course at the TCM. Continuing her studies, she also earned a Master’s degree (Opera) at the
TCM’s graduate school. On completion of this degree she was awarded a scholarship sponsored by NTT Docomo. She performed at Yomiuri Shimbun’s Annual Concert by Rookie Musicians. On completing masterclass at the Nikikai Opera Foundation
she received an award for excellence. She also won a prize at the 17th Japan Vocal Music Competition and an award for excellence at the 24th Soleil Auditions.In 2014 she performed the lead role of Sylva Varescu in the Tokyo Nikikai Opera Theater’s
production of “The Gypsy Princess”. She also works as a part-time lecturer at the Tokyo College of Music High School and the
Junten High School. She is a member of the Nikikai Opera Foundation.
