1. Ignition Coil
Ignition coil is a transformer that generates spark, and then boosts the high voltage by using
magnetic inductance and mutual inductance interaction to set fire in the combustion chamber.
It is manufactured by a series of plasma treatment, winding, casting, curing, inspection and
other necessary process.
YURATECH’s ignition coils have a reputation for defect free quality that exceeds customer’s
expectation and requirements.
We have a capability to design, develop and rapidly prototype customer’s order.
In the product portfolio, there is not only standard type stick coil but also plug top type, power
stage integrated type and module package design available.

2. Spark plug
Spark plug is an ignition device to occur the flame, necessary to the ignition of the fuel in
condition that air and fuel mixture is compressed.
YURATECH’s spark plugs guarantee high quality performance and reliability and are
manufactured by the process of cold forming of shell and electrode, resistance and laser
welding of noble metal, threading, assembling.
All products are manufactured by fully automated process and supplied to customers.
3. Glow plug
Glow plug supplies thermal energy to a diesel engine for easy starting when the engine is cold.
Therefore, it is required of rapid increasing temperature and high temperature endurance.
YURATECH guarantees high quality performance and reliability.
4. Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor
Exhaust gas temperature sensor which uses a PTC type device, enabling to detect
temperature over a wide range from low temp. to high temp.(-40℃ ~ 900℃)
By monitoring the exhaust temperature, it additionally protects turbocharger and so on.
It has high resistance to heat and also shape design flexibility, so it is applicable the exhaust
pipe or the catalyst case.
Also this sensor controls of the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) and the catalyst, and helps to
reduce fuel consumption and clean the exhaust gas.
