本「循環・冷却装置」は減圧式サブクーラーで冷却したサブクール状態の液体窒素を、液体窒素循環ポンプを使用して循環し試験体を冷
却するものです。
This circulation and cooling system is applied for cooling test sample by circulating sub-cooled liquid nitrogen (cooled by pressure
reduced type sub-cooler) with liquid nitrogen circulating pump.

Helium gas circulation and cooling system
本「Heガス循環冷却装置」はヘリウム小型冷凍機、熱交換器、コントロール用バルブを有するコールドボックスと2系統の低温Heガスを供給
する為の循環装置から構成されるガス冷却システムです。
This helium gas circulation and cooling system is the gas cooling system which is composed of 2 stage cryocoolers, the heat exchanger,
a cold box with controll valve and the circulation system to supply low temperature helium gas in two routes.
