EMS(国際スピード郵便)料金表の改定について
平成 29(2017)年度学生募集要項並びに受験票送付用封筒には、受験票を EMS で送付する
際に必要な料金として 300g 分の IRC(国際返信用切手)を同封するよう記載していますが、
平成 28(2016)年 6 月 1 日より、EMS 料金表の最小重量が“300g まで”から“500g まで”と改定
されました。そのため、出願に当たっては、
“500g まで”の書類を送付するために必要な料
金分の IRC を必ず同封するようにしてください。

Notice: For oversea applicants, required IRC has changed according to the
revised EMS rate on June 1, 2016.
In the Guidelines and the envelope marked ‘Examination Admission Card Enclosed’ for Applicants
to the 2017 Master’s and Doctoral Program, it is said that for oversea addresses, enclose an IRC
(international reply coupon) of the required amount (which is 300g) for EMS (Express Mail Service).
Although, as the rate of EMS revised on June 1, 2016 by Japan Post, the minimum weight of EMS
has changed from 300g to 500g.
Therefore, for all oversea applicants, please check the following website of Japan Post, and make
sure that you will enclose enough IRC to receive 500g of documents.
