(Drawing of Main unit is image; it’s only for your reference) 歪ゲージ ダイアフラム一体構造 Strain Gage Diaphragm with integral structure A structure doesn’t require sealing fluid ダイレクセンサは食品・医薬品・化粧品等のお客様で使用されることを考慮し、 ダイアフラム一体構造を採用しています。ダイアフラム背面に直接歪みゲージを 貼りつける構造で、従来からある隔膜式ではないため封入液を必要としません。 （左図参照）また、ダイアフラム背面に直接歪みゲージを貼り付ける構造のため、 ダイアフラムの厚みが増し、製品の長寿命化を実現しました。 Direc Sensor introduced an integral structured diaphragm in consideration of the clients who will use it in food, pharmaceutical products and cosmetics. It has a structure with the strain gauge directly attached on the back of diaphragm, differing from the traditional Diaphragm-seal type; it doesnﾕt require any sealing fluid. (See left figure) Also, this structure with the strain gauge directly attached on the back of diaphragm ensures a long operating life of the product by increasing the thickness of diaphragm. ヘルール Ferrule 受圧部 耐圧400％ 定格容量3000kP2を除く SUS316Lの 複合電解研磨仕上げ Withstanding pressure: 400% Rated capacity 3000kP2 excluded Pressure receiver Composite electrolyticpolished of SUS316L 食品衛生法に準拠した材料 Material in accordance with Food Hygiene Law コンセプト Concept ダイレクセンサは隔膜式では ないため封入液が不要 食品・医薬品・化粧品に最適な 構造のダイレクセンサ Direc Sensor doesn t require any sealing fluid, differing from the Diaphragm-seal type Direc Sensor has an optimized structure for food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics. ●2重の安全構造 Double safety structure 万一、金属片等が刺さる等の事故により、ダイアフラム内部に流体が侵入してもセ ンサ内部は食品衛生法に準拠した材質で作られています。「封入液なし」と合わせて 2重の安全対策を施しています。 Even in the event that fluid enters into diaphragm by any accident including being stuck by metal piece, it is safe because the inner sensor is made by material that is in accordance with Food Hygiene Law. In conjunction with “no sealing fluid”, we are taking a double safety measure. 2 究極のサニタリ性を求めた受圧接液部 Wetted part of pressure receiver pursuing a ultimate sanitary ● サニタリ性の高い受圧面 ● 受圧面（複合電解研磨仕上げ） Pressure receiver side(Compound electrolytic polishing finish) Pressure receiver surface with a high sanitary 接液部は他に類を見ない複合電解研磨仕上げとしました。これにより研磨面に均一 な不動態化皮膜が形成され、耐食性の向上を実現しています。また、研磨面の面粗 度がきわめて優れているため高い洗浄性を誇っています。充填機専用に開発された センサダイアフラムも圧力導入口を持たないフラッシュ（平面）構造です。 The wetted part is composite electrolytic polished like no other kind in the industry. By creating a uniform passivation coating on the polished surface, it allows the improvement of corrosion resistance. It also boasts an excellent cleaning property due to the extremely fine surface roughness of the polished surface. The sensor diaphragm that especially developed for filling machine also has a flush (flat) structure with no pressure inlet. サニタリ性・洗浄性を追求 Pursuing good sanitary and cleaning property コンセプト Concept 3 万一のダイアフラム破壊時には瞬時に出力 It will instantly output in the event of diaphragm destruction ● 万一のダイアフラム破壊時には、振り切れ方向に出力・表示 It will output and indicate to meter has turned over to in the event of diaphragm destruction. 万一、ダイアフラムが破壊した場合には次のような動作でお客様に It will be notified to the client by following action in the event of diaphragm destruction. Concept It will output to the direction that meter has turned over than the rated output if it s equipped with an analog output. ② 表示付きの場合、振り切れ方向に表示を行います。 お知らせします。 コンセプト ① アナログ出力付きの場合、定格出力以上の振り切れ方向に 出力します。 It will indicate to the direction that meter has turned over to if it s equipped with indicator. 4 安心できるダイアフラムの金属材質 Safe metallic material of diaphragm ● 重金属は一切使用していない ダイアフラム材質 ダイレクセンサのダイアフラム材質は安全面を考慮してSUS316Lを採用しています。 徹底した安全追求のコンセプトから重金属は一切使用していません。また幅広い流体に対応するた め、スーパーステンレス、ハステロイ等の材質での製作も可能です。（特注対応） Diaphragm material without using any heavy metal SUS316L has been adopted as the diaphragm material of Direc Sensor in consideration of safety. No heavy metal has been used due to our thorough pursuit of safety. Accommodating a wide range of fluids, products are available for using materials of super stainless steel and Hastelloy.
