世界創造都市フォーラム
世界創造都市フォーラム
これまで「創造都市」をテーマに２回の議論を重ね
てきた。これまでの成果もふまえ、今回の議論の成
果が、大阪市がめざす創造都市づくりの一助となら
んことを願う。
with another important conference that will take
place in Osaka on October 24 (Wednesday), the day
before the symposium starts. This is the“Osaka
International Conference on Creative Cities”(tentative title), which will bring together people representing the world cities participating in the creative city network proposed by UNESCO.
Other events planned during the symposium
include a workshop by, internationally-known consultant, Mr. Charles Landry, with urban studies
academics, urban planners, and administrators
from Japan and other countries. Discussions will
be held on how to create“sites of creativity”and
a policy agenda will be adopted for“Developing
Creative Cities through Networking.”
