この特典は、キャンペーン期間中に入会され、2015 年 10 月末までにご視聴を開始された方が対象です。
視聴開始月から 2 ヶ月分の視聴料が無料となります。
衛星放送の有料最低契約期間は 12 ヶ月です。視聴開始のご連絡を頂きましたら正式契約となり、12 ヶ月分のご視
聴料は必ずお支払い頂きます。インターネット放送 1 ストリームの有料最低契約期間は 3 ヶ月です。2 ヶ月無料期間
は、有料視聴の最低契約期間に含まれません。
注1）事情により視聴開始が不可能だった場合は、入会時に送付させて頂きました視聴カードをご返却頂き、入
会取り消しとし視聴料は頂きません。返却費用はお客様のご負担となります。
注2）視聴カードを紛失した場合は視聴カード代金（₤50/£30）をお支払い頂きます。
注3） JSTV+1 の 1 ストリームが、インターネット環境により視聴が困難な場合は、インターネット視聴開始後 10
営業日以内にご連絡頂ければ、衛星放送のみのご契約に変更可能です。
この特典は他者に譲渡、換金することは出来ません。
JSTV、特約店の社員ならびに関係者はキャンペーンの対象となりません。
再入会の方（ご入会月から、過去 6 ヶ月以内に退会された方）はこのキャンペーンの特典をご利用になれません。
ケーブルテレビ経由、JSTV‐i（インターネット２ストリーム契約）でのご入会の場合は、キャンペーンの対象となりま
せん。
お住まいの場所や状況によっては JSTV をご覧になれない場合がございます。
他のキャンペーンとの併用はできません。

Your JSTV subscription form must be received by us during the promotional period from 1 July 2015 until 30
September 2015. In addition, you must start viewing by the end of October 2015.
The subscription fee is free for 2 months from the month you start viewing.
The minimum payable subscription contract period is 12 months for Satellite, 3 months for 1 stream on
Internet. If you wish to terminate your subscription within 2 months of starting to view, a 12 months
subscription fee is still valid and should be paid. The free period is not included within the minimum payable
subscription contract.
*1) If for any reason a successful reception of JSTV can not be achieved, JSTV’s viewing card is to be
returned to JSTV at the customer’s expense in order that the contract is cancelled and no subscription fee
is charged. All costs for return must be paid by customer.
*2) €50/£30, the cost for viewing card, will be payable by the customer if the viewing card is damaged or
lost.
*3) In case of JSTV+1 contract, if viewing JSTV on Internet is not successful due to good enough Internet
connection, you shall notify the company no later than ten business days after start viewing on Internet in
order that the contract can be changed to only satellite contract.
This offer cannot be transferred to any other person or be converted into money.
Those companies which have business links to JSTV (JSTV agents etc.) and their staff can not apply for this
promotional offer.
This promotional offer is not open to re-joiners who have cancelled their JSTV subscription within the past 6
months.
This promotional offer is not open to those who are customers of Cable TV companies and JSTV-I (2 stream
on Internet) subscribers.
Due to the alignment or location of your residence, a satellite antenna dish may not be able to receive the
signals from JSTV.
You cannot use this offer in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
