日本糖尿病学会専門医制度規則
研修指導医（専門医）申請時の業績となる論文について
研修指導医（専門医）の申請資格には，糖尿病臨床に関する筆頭者として「査読のある学術雑誌」
への論文発表が必要要件
となっております．昨今新しい雑誌が多数発刊されており，それぞれの雑誌に発表される論文が「研修指導医（専門医）と認
定するにふさわしい業績」であるかを「査読の有無」により一律に判断することが困難となっています．
そのため，専門医認
定委員会ではそれぞれの雑誌に掲載された論文に対して個別の審査を行っていますが，
「資格要件として認められない」と判
断される場合も生じています．そこで，今後，論文発表をされる際の参考にして頂くために，過去に業績として認定された
論文の掲載雑誌を公表することといたしました．
業績と認定される論文はリストにある雑誌に掲載されたものに限定するものではなく，リスト以外の雑誌については，専
門医認定委員会で引き続き各々に審査致します．また，リストにある雑誌に掲載された論文でも，糖尿病臨床に関するもので
なければ業績と認定されません．今後もリストは随時改訂する予定です．
また，レターが提出される例が増えています．特に指導医の業績としては，原則としてレターは認められません．
論文形式
に Structure されたものを原則としておりますので，
お知らせします．専門医の業績としては，学会発表に準じるものと認定
委員会が認めたものについては，レターでも業績と認定する場合があります．
