ご予約手続きにより、マリーナベイサンズ (以下ホテル) のご利用規約に同意されたことになります。ご予約 (詳細
は上に記載) 成立後の利用規約を以下のとおり定めます：
料金とデポジット


料金はお客様のご到着及び出発日により変更になる恐れがあります。
料金はシンガポールドル (SGD) で算出されます。



料金は大人 1 人または 2 人分のみとなっています。
価格は税抜きです。価格には 10% のサービス料と税金が加算されます。
1 部屋に宿泊可能な最大人数は大人 2 人 + お子様 2 人 (12 歳以下)、または大人 3 人です。デラックス
またはプレミアルームへの宿泊には大人 1 人につき S$100 (税別) が加算されます。クラブ/グランクラブ
ルームまたはスイートルームへの宿泊には大人 1 人につき S$175 (税別) が加算されます。クラブ/グラン
ドクラブルームと全てのスイートルームに大人 3 人で宿泊する場合は折り畳み式移動ベッドまたはソファ
ーベッドが付きます。12 歳以下のお子様が大人の方と同室に宿泊される場合は宿泊料が無料になります。
6 歳～12 歳のお子様はクラブの特典を受けることが出来ませんので、Club55 ラウンジでのご飲食の際は



追加料金が発生します。
チェックインの際には宿泊料や税金以外の付帯料金の支払いのために、現金にて 1 泊につき S$200 のデ
ポジットをお支払い頂くか、クレジットカード情報を頂いております。
万一誤った金額が表示された状態でご予約が完了した場合、ホテルはお客様にご連絡の上、料金を訂正さ
せて頂くか、ご予約をキャンセルさせていただく権利を有しますので予めご了承ください。
チェックイン対象年齢

チェックインおよびお部屋のご予約が可能なお客様は 18 歳以上の方とさせて頂いております。
チェックインおよびチェックアウト時間


チェックイン時間は午後 3 時以降、チェックアウト時間は午前 11 時までです。
チェックイン時には、政府発行の身分証明書あるいはパスポートをご提示いただく必要があります。
アーリーチェックインとレイトチェックアウト



通常のチェックイン時間より早くご到着された場合は、ホテルのゲストサービスデスクにて、お荷物のお預か
りサービスをご利用いただけます。チェックイン時間より早く到着される場合は、到着日前夜からの宿泊予
約もお勧めしております。
レイトチェックアウトはホテルの空室状況およびご予約状況によりますので、予めご了承ください。
レイトチェックアウトをご希望の場合はご出発の 24 時間前までにホテルのフロントデスクまでご連絡下さい。
午後 12 時～午後 6 時のチェックアウトには半日分の宿泊費が発生し、午後 6 時以降のチェックアウトには
一日分の宿泊費が発生します。
クレジットカード情報

ご予約の確認・保証には、有効なクレジットカード情報が必要です。

ご予約時には、ご予約確認ページおよびメールに記載された金額がご利用のクレジットカードに課金されま
す。
当ホテルでは、Ｖisa、マスターカード、アメリカンエクスプレス、および JCB のクレジットカードをご利用いた



だけます。デビットカードには対応しておりませんので予めご了承ください。
2015 年 1 月 15 日以降、ダイナーズクラブクレジットカードでのホテル宿泊料金および付帯サービス料金
のお支払いは受け付けておりません。予めご了承ください。
為替レートはご予約時のものが適応されますが、為替変動の影響を受ける場合があり、宿泊後の為替レー
トにてご請求させて頂く場合がございます。
キャンセルポリシー



ご予約時に宿泊合計金額をお支払いいただく必要があります。
ご予約のキャンセル、変更、返金は一切できませんので、予めご了承ください。
万一不泊の場合は、キャンセル料金として 1 泊分の宿泊料金 (税金を含む) を、ご予約にご利用いただい
たクレジットカードに課金させていただきます。
グループ予約

10 部屋以上のご予約は [email protected] までメールにてご連絡下さい。


サンズリワードライフスタイルプログラムにご登録いただくと、最大 50% の割引など各種特典をご利用いた
だけます。
 アートサイエンスミュージアムの通常チケット 1 枚ご購入につき、さらに 1 枚が無料に。
 バンヤンツリースパのボディマッサージが最大 20% 割引に。

リワードは 175 軒以上のレストランやショップ、ホテル宿泊などで獲得およびご利用頂けます。
お子様の朝食料金

お子様用の朝食料金は、宿泊料金に含まれておりません。お子様用の朝食料金は 6 歳～12 歳のお子様
に適応されます。5 歳以下のお子様の朝食は無料です。お子様用の朝食は正規料金にて、お食事の際に
お客様のアカウントに追加させて頂きます。
その他の情報



ご予約完了により、お客様は当ホテルおよびその他の関連会社 (会社法 (Cap.50) に記載) が最新のイベン
トおよびプロモーションに関するお知らせなどをお客様のメールアドレスに送信することに同意したものとみ
なされます。
お知らせメールはいつでも購読解除して頂くことが可能です。
ホテルではいかなるの性質の集会あるいはパーティも禁止されています。万が一発覚した場合、ホテルは
正規の宿泊者以外を強制退去させる権利を有します。

ご予約は譲渡出来ません。また、宿泊者のお名前の変更も出来ませんので予めご了承ください。
通常規定






ご予約処理により、ホテルによってご予約受理された場合、お客様はホテルの通常ご利用規約に同意した
ものとみなされます。
ホテルは事前の通告なしに、ご利用規約の訂正、変更、修正を行う権利を有します。
お客様はホテルに対し、ホテルの予約受理または、ホテルの予約受理に関連して発生した、如何なる責任、
損失、損害、コストまたは費用も補償し、免責することに同意するものとします。
当ホテルのご予約とご利用規約はシンガポール法に準拠するものとします。
契約 (第三者の権利) 法 (Cap 53B) が適応されます。
これらご利用規約には日本語版と英語版がありますが、日本語版と英語版との間に相反する内容があった
場合には、常に英語版に記載される内容が優先されますので予めご了承ください。
“NEVER SETTLE - 極上の贅沢を” パッケージに関する追加ご利用規約







ご予約時に宿泊合計金額をお支払いいただく必要があります。また、ご予約のキャンセル、変更、返金は一

予約確認メールを、1 階のリテールコンシェルジュデスクにてご提示ください。通常 S$250 のサービ
ス料金が無料となります。
万一ご希望の時間帯をご利用いただけない場合は、別の時間帯を手配いたします。
パーソナルショッピングサービスの同伴者はお 1 人様につき 1 名様までとさせていただきます。
パーソナルショッピング後は、TWG Tea Salon and Boutique でのアフタヌーンティを無料でお楽しみ
いただけます。
 ご利用最低金額はありません。また、特別ギフト券などもつきませんので予めご了承ください。
マリーナベイサンズの運営者が事前通告なしにキャンペーン内容を変更する権利を留保します。
旅行会社が本特典を利用する場合、手数料の対象外とさせて頂きます。
マリーナベイサンズは事前通告なしにこれらの規約の変更またはプログラムの終了を行う権利を有します。
争議が発生した場合はマリーナベイサンズが下す決定は最終的、且つ拘束力を持つものとします。

By proceeding with the reservation you accept and agree with Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd (the Hotel) that the
reservation (details of which are set out above), if accepted by us, shall be on the terms and conditions as
follows:
Rates and Deposit








Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates.
Rates quoted are in Singapore Dollars.
Rate is for 1 or 2 adults only.
Rates do not include any applicable prevailing government taxes at time of occupancy. The Rates are
subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing Goods and Services Tax.
The maximum number of guests per room is either 2 adults + 2 children (below 12 years old), or 3 adults. A
S$100++ fee will be charged for each additional adult staying in Deluxe or Premier rooms. And a fee of
S$175++ will be charged for each additional adult guest in the Club/Grand Club room or any suite. For
your convenience, Club/Grand Club rooms and all suites are equipped with an extra rollaway or pull-out
sofa bed when a third adult is occupying the room. However, children, twelve (12) years and under, stay
free when sharing a room with an adult as an additional guest.
Club benefits are not included for children between 6-12 years old and are chargeable upon consumption
at the Club55 Lounge.
A cash deposit of SGD 200 for each night of stay or a valid credit card is required upon check-in for
incidentals in addition to full payment of room and tax.
In the event you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, the Hotel reserves
the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in
order to do so.
Eligible Age for Check-in

You must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room.
Check-in and Check -out Timings


Check-in time is from 3:00pm onwards and check-out time is by 11:00am
A valid government issued identification or passport is required at check-in
Early Arrival and Late Departure



Should you arrive at the hotel prior to the normal check-in time, you are advised to approach the Hotel's
Guest Services Desk for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available. If arriving early, you
are also advised to consider making a reservation for the evening prior to your arrival.
Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level.
Please check with the Hotel's Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late
check-out. A half-day room charge may be incurred for late check-out between 12pm to 6pm and a full
day room charge may be incurred for late check-out after 6pm.
Credit Card Information


A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
Upon reservation, credit card will be charged for the amount indicated on the booking confirmation page
and email.

The Hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB credit cards. Debit Cards are not
accepted.
With effect from 15 January 2015, Diners Club credit cards will no longer be accepted for Hotel and other
ancillary services as a mode of payment.
Exchange rates are applicable at time of reservation, but are subject to currency fluctuations and billing
will be at the prevailing exchange rate upon completion of your stay.


Cancellation Policy



Full prepayment is required upon booking.
Reservation is non-cancellable, non-amendable and non-refundable.
In the event of no-show, a fee of one night's room charge (inclusive of any applicable prevailing
government tax) will be incurred and assessed to your credit card provided at the time of reservation.



Child Breakfast Charge

All rooms and suite rates do not include child breakfast charge. Child breakfast charge is applicable for any
child between 6-12 years old. Breakfast for children 5 years and under is free. Child breakfast is
chargeable to guest account at walk-in price upon consumption.
Further information




In proceeding with the reservation, you further agree to allow the Hotel or any of its related corporations
(as defined in the Companies Act (Cap. 50) to send you Information on upcoming events and promotions;
and or related information via email to the email address provided.
You may unsubscribe to any such email at any time upon receipt of the said email.
No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed. The hotel reserves the right to evict any additional
occupants in the room.
This reservation is not transferable. No name change is allowed.
General Provisions

By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledges that if the reservation is
accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel's standard terms and
conditions of stay

The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any
time without prior notice.
You shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense
of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by the Hotel.
The reservation and the terms and conditions set out hereto shall be governed in accordance with the law
of the Republic of Singapore.




The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act ((Cap. 53B) shall apply.
These terms and conditions shall be written in English and Japanese. In the event of any conflict between
the two aforementioned versions, the English version shall prevail.
Additional Terms & Conditions for The Never Settle Package:



