Butter, melted
Eggs
Sugar
Cornstarch , mixed with the sugar
Light Corn Syrup
Vanilla
Pecans, chopped
Whisk together the melted butter & eggs.
syrup and vanilla. Mix well after adding
each ingredient. Stir in pecans. Pour
into unbaked 8-inch pie shell. Bake in a
325 degree oven for 1 hr + 15 minutes.
Pie will rise and top will begin to crack
about 1 inch from edges when done. Pie
cool.
