アンティークゲームテーブルのマット
Bonjour,
check this out:
it was laser cut,
この一ミリもズレがないピッタリ感
レーザーカットでつくりました！
・・というのは冗談で
もちろん私が手作業で取り付けました
ゴールド×ブラックのストリップは、マットと木枠の間にぴったりはまりました
レザーストリップは8ミリ幅のものです。
私はまず初めにマットを取り付けました。今回はフランネルの生地です。
no, just kidding, it was made by hand.
The gold and black leather strip is not on the mat, but it is
inserted between the wood and the mat.
The leather strip is 8 mm wide.
So first I put the mat, in that case I used some cotton
« flannel » fabric.
上の写真はマットを取り付けたところ。サイズにピッタリ、隙間なくとても良く仕上がりましたがこちらはまだレザーストリップを取り付
ける前の写真です。
Now it looks nice but the leather strip is missing.
なぜこの状態にはストリップをつけてないかというと、マットとストリップのわずかな高低差をなくすためです。
マットとストリップの高さを同じにするために、マットの上にストリップを張るのではなく、一度マットを取り付けたあとに、ストリップ
の幅の分だけぐるりと切り取ります。
Why not put it straight on the fabric ? cause the mat and the
leather will not be flush.
So in order to make the whole (mat and leather strip) on the
same level you have to remove all
around the mat a strip which has to be the same width as the
leather strip, as below:
Now after that you can insert the leather strip et voila:
これでストリップの取り付けは完了です。下の写真。
(Well i have to admit, on some parts I could not manage to be
as well adjust as on the first photo)
But anyway the table is in excellent condition, you may have a
look here
（正直言って、ぐるり全てが一番初めのレーザーカットみたいな写真のようにパーフェクトにはできませんでした・・ほんの数ミリずれて
しまったところもあります）
とりあえず、テーブルはとてもいい状態です
