CHARACTERISTICS:
BetaTab® 20% consists of reddish brown, free flowing particles (beadlets).
They contain β-Carotene finely dispersed in a corn starch-coated matrix of porcine gelatin
and sugar. dl-α-Tocopherol, ascorbyl P\palmitate and sodium sscorbate are added as
antioxidants.
The product may contain white particles of corn starch.

SHELF LIFE AND
STORAGE
INSTRUCTIONS:
Shelf life is 60 months from date of manufacture if kept in the original sealed container.
Material is best stored in a tightly closed opaque dry container and at a temperature below
15oC. Once opened the material should be used promptly.
OTHER:
This material is manufactured in a cGMP facility with a HACCP program. Plant and
operational quality standards meet or exceed those required for ISO 9001:2008. All
materials have Kosher and Halal certification. Beta carotene is GRAS (Generally
Recognized As Safe) and is listed accordingly under Code of Federal Regulations Title 21
section 184.1245.
