Dear Colleagues,
As already announced the final Conference of the project "Roadmap 2015-2020 of the European
Social Partners of the Chemical Industry " will take place as scheduled on 13-14 June 2017

Interpretation
Interpretation will take place into the following languages: German, English, French, Spanish,
Italian, Polish and Hungarian.
Accommodation & travel
Single rooms (breakfast included) are booked for the nights of 12 and 13 June for all participants.
The rooms will be paid directly to the hotel by industriAll Europe for 2 nights.

Extras (minibar, telephone, etc.) will have to be paid for by participants themselves. Additional
nights if any will have to be booked and paid for by participants themselves.
Travel costs will be refunded up to a maximum of EUR 350 (cheapest economy ticket - no taxi). It is
recommended to arrive on 12 June around 6pm. A welcome dinner will be held on June 12 and a
conference dinner will take place on June 13 at a location to be confirmed later.

Please note that no joint dinner will be organised on 12th June.
A Joint dinner will be organised for all participants on 13th June at the Hôtel Silken Berlaymont at
19H30.
