Brown, a native of Sacramento, has served as a senior advisor to two different California governors and has nearly 25 years experience as an agency director, strategist, businessperson and community volunteer. A St. Francis graduate herself, Brown succeeds long-time St. Francis President Marion Bishop, who guided the school through record growth and expansion during her 11-year tenure as president. “St. Francis High School educates young women in Catholic faith and practice. The School is a proud part of the Church’s ministry to young women and the world.” said Bishop Soto. “Margo graduated from St. Francis; she understands this intuitively. Her appointment is effective February 1.
