Game Play
A live action role-playing game (LARP) is a form of role-playing game where the participants
physically act out their characters' actions. The players pursue goals within a
fictional setting represented by the real world while interacting with each other in character. The
outcome of player actions may be mediated by game rules or determined by consensus among players.
Event arrangers called gamemasters decide the setting and rules to be used and facilitate play.

Players
All players involved MUST dress in a color palate of grey, white, beige, pastels. They
are in effect Larping their roles so they must feel creative to workshop their selves
whilst onsite. They can be sensitive, disruptive or engaged but if given a proto role
they must abide to set regulations like clothing or speech.
2/3 SECONDARY EXPERINCE IN REAL TIME
People acting as digital archivists in the offsite area (Can be timetabled slots)
Requires a good use of language both English and German and a smart phone. You will be
asked to achieve via text through your smart phone to an online server that will flood the
website and one screen in the museum. You can indirectly (anon) use quotes from the
participants, myself or yourself to communicate the scenario to the audience.
5/8 SOLID CORE EXPERINCE
Participating in the offsite (must be able to commit 10-5pm)
Requires the motivation to become part of the work, this is the most experimental part of the
program. I require the person’s email and more details will come to follow regarding routine,
preparation and thoughts.
3 EXTERNAL REBLOGGED EXPERINCE URL
People in the Museum mediating the visitors (Can be timetabled slots)
Requires a smart phone, You will be guiding the visitors in the museum via your phones no
speech will be used to communicate. This is effectively a Larped Character role, think an AI
or social commentator. What mechanisms do you use to communicate to others online – sms,
emoji, video, click bait? Use these to guide the visitors into having moments of intensity with
you and the work.
You will have access to a secret camera stream online to tempt visitors, you can upload to a
feed that will be shown on a large tv screen and the museum website. Remember been tame
isn’t always the best communicator – but your goal is to gain focus.
Special note At all costs try to get the visitor to download the pdf from the website in front of
you.
