You can host virtual meetings and conference calls; create to-do lists and assign tasks; send email, text, and voice messages; manage events with a shared calendar, poll your group in real time, and upload and manage files in a shared folder. Page 1 of 11 Start a Group Go to www.wiggio.com and click . Click Create a Group. Enter a Group Name, Password, and choose how members should receive posts. Click Create. As soon as members are added they appear in the group roster and communication starts immediately. Members will receive the invitation to join the group. Members do not have to sign up with Wiggio, they only need to click the link in their confirmation email. Manage permissions for each member by clicking on . Settings tab: Change the group name or group password. Change how members receive posts. Modify regular users’ (non-admins) permissions, including whether a member can create calendar events, send mass text messages, and post comments. Control privacy settings Close the group when the project is finished Members tab: Add members Re-invite people Edit names Make or demote Admins Remove members Page 2 of 11 Subgroups tab: Create subgroups Manage subgroups Posts In the Feed tab, you can post an email to the group by typing in the Start a conversation box. You can attach any of the following by clicking the arrow next to Attach and choosing the option you want to include. You can respond to any post by clicking Reply at the end of the post. You can also attach any of the options found in an original posting (i.e., Event, File, Link). You can also respond to posts via the email received of the original post: Host Virtual Meetings and Conference Calls To host a Virtual Meeting click . Enter the name of the meeting. Next choose whether you want to start the meeting immediately or select a date and time. You can choose to add a comment to the meeting and also select which team members should participate in the meeting. Click Create when finished and the Virtual Meeting will be scheduled. Page 3 of 11 To hold a conference call click. . Enter the name of the conference call. Next choose whether you want to start the conference call immediately or select a date and time. You can choose to add a comment to the conference call and also select which team members should participate in the call. Click Create when finished and the Conference Call will be scheduled. Page 4 of 11 Create To-Do Lists and Assign Tasks To the right of the posts, there are several options to choose from. In the Create box, click . Enter the To-Do List name then begin listing the tasks. You can select a due date, assign the task to a team member, add comments, and choose which members will be notified. Click Create button to publish the To-Do List. Send Email, Text, and Voice Messages To send an Email click . Select a subject for the email and then enter the email message. Choose which team members should receive the email message and click Send. Page 5 of 11 To send a Text message click . Enter the text message, up to 125 characters. Choose which team members should receive the text message and click Send. If cell numbers for members have not been stored, they will receive the message as an email. Page 6 of 11 To send a Voice Note click message. . Note you must have a microphone to record a Once the message has been recorded you can opt to type a comment. Choose which team members should receive the Voice Note and click Send. To send a Video Note click to record a video. . Note you must have a microphone and video camera Once the video has been recorded you can opt to type a comment. Choose which team members should receive the Video Note and click Send. Page 7 of 11 Shared Calendar Click the Calendar tab. To add an event, click . Name the event and choose the date and time of the event. Choose to which team members’ Calendars the event should be added. Click Create. Page 8 of 11 The event then appears in the Calendar of all selected participants. You can also . Page 9 of 11 Polls/Survey To create a poll/survey click . Enter the name of the poll/survey. You can choose whether to show or not show participants’ names in the results. Enter the question and choose whether the question type is Yes/No, Short Answer, or Multiple Choose. You can opt to add a comment to the poll. Select the participants to receive the poll/survey. There is an option to preview the poll/survey before sending. Once the poll/survey is approved, click Send. Page 10 of 11 Share Files In the Folder tab, you can upload files to share with the group. You can upload individual files or multiple files. Simply browse to the files you want to share. You can also open editable versions of Word and Excel files allowing you to make changes and collaborate in real time. Files are saved as the most recent version and you can track versions of the same file. Use the controls in the toolbar to organize files by creating folders, sorting, and showing specific files, folders, and formats. Page 11 of 11
