What’s a Results Transmittal?
• If a local does not meet the state target on a results
indicator, the local completes a Results Transmittal
• Results Transmittals:
– Are a form within CIMS
– Guide discussions at the local level between Local
Interagency Coordinating Council (LICC) and RAP
teams
• How do I know if I have to complete one?
– Look at your Strand Report for a “thumbs down”
– Look at your Workbook Task List

Monitoring Activities Report (MAR)
• 5 messages to all service areas:
– Strand Report reminder
– Determinations reminder
– Public reporting announcement
– Child Outcome Summary Forms (COSFs) due date
– Parent Training and Information Center info
• 1 message to service areas receiving a Report of
Findings or No Findings

Findings
• For service areas that participated in a monitoring
activity only
• The April Workbook will include a copy of your Report
of Findings or No Findings
• If you receive a Report of Findings,
– A CAP will be on your Task List and in your
Workbook
– Work with your TA provider to submit your CAP no
later than June 1, 2013

• MDE is required to issue determinations, or a service
area report card, once annually; for Part C that’s
every April
