While learning respect and cooperation for each other, the campers’ days will be filled with horse related activates. Riders of all levels will enjoy the experience of learning about the sport of horseback riding while having fun with friends! Campers • Camp is scheduled for 12 campers, 7–12 years of age • Campers will ride in two groups of 6 per day with our instructors according to their riding ability • Campers arrive at 9:00 am and are picked up by 2:00 pm each day. If aftercare is needed it may be scheduled in advance with the office for $20.00/hour • Campers must be able to participate in the daily activities independently. We are not able to accommodate campers that require “one-on-one” support or TSSs. A Campers Day Campers will meet their instructors and CIT’s each morning in the Great Room by the North Arena, entering through the green double doors. Under the guidance of a seasoned riding instructor and assisted by our CIT’s, campers will learn the basics of grooming, tacking, and riding. Ride... Campers will receive a one hour riding lesson each day tailored towards the ability and experience of each individual rider. Emphasizing hands on experience, we strive to reach a balance between work and fun. Swim... Accompanied by their instructors, campers will enjoy water games and swimming at the Farm pool.
