How can I Use The Presentation
Game?
The Main Game Screen
and
the Scoreboard
The Main Game Screen
The Main Game Screen looks a lot like
your original presentation
The difference is you can award game
points for:
– Great Player or Team Participation
– Correct Answers
– A Great Comment during Discussion
– A Good Presentation or Performance on a
Team Exercise
– You make the RULES and award the points!

We selected a Team Building
Presentation
This is the Main Game Screen. Let’s
explore the Game Features
The Presentation Game will
accommodate from 2 to 8 teams. You
award team points by simply pressing
their team’s button. Note this question
is worth 5 points – A Bonus Question!
(above). Clicking multiple times on a
team’s button adds additional points

earn POINTS!

The Scoreboard has 3
important functions
1. Keeping score of game
points, bonus and extra
points etc.
2. It’s also kind of the
control center. From
here we can Start a
New Game, launch the
Next Slide, Go to a
different Presentation,
view the Game Rules,
or go to the Setup
Screen.

3. Finally from the Scoreboard we get to choose our
EMCEE – simply click on the current figure to select
from 5 intriguing possibilities

Here you’ve made a game out of your
teams ability to analyze their own sales
data – Pretty clever!

In this example we click on the MORE button to display the answer
to a multiple choice question slide
How About a Team Building Game
Your mission to colonize the MOON! However, after your space craft
lands on the Moon, you learn your crew has only enough oxygen to
survive 7 days. Additional supplies arrive in 14 days. You do have
enough water and food. Each team must develop and present a plan
that will allow the mission to succeed.

How Do I Turn My Presentation into
a Presentation Game?
1. Bringing in your presentation

Open your PowerPoint Presentation and use the
PowerPoint ‘Save As’ feature to convert your
presentation slides to JPEG or GIF files
Select “Save As”… from the File
menu. PowerPoint will ask if you
want to save the current slide or
have the entire presentation saved
as graphic files

used by the game (Slides1, Slides2 and Slides3)
