Non-geographical services
The National Destination Codes (NDC) for public mobile telecommunication networks*
are: AB = 30, 31, 40, 41, 51, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70 and 71 and can be two (2), three (3) or

Joint Communiqué of 4.XI.2008:
Dhiraagu (Maldives) and SwissTelex, Lugano (Switzerland), announce in this joint
communiqué that, since 1 November 2008, all telex traffic to and from Maldives is handled by
SwissTelex.
Maldives subscribers’ national telex numbers, together with the Telex Destination Code
(TDC) “896” allocated to Maldives under ITU-T Recommendation F.69 and the Telex Network
Identification Code (TNIC) “MF” allocated to Maldives under ITU-T Recommendation F.68,
remain unchanged.
Since 1 November 2008, SwissTelex handles the settlement of telex accounts, which
have to be sent to the following address:
