ENGLISH SERVICES FOR NORWEGIAN SCHOOLS
1. Fun House English Clubs:
Fun House English Clubs is a fun programme of between 3-5 days of intense workshops
with English native speakers in your school. The workshops include drama, dance,
games, cooking and sports. Clubs can be run during the holidays at a host school or
organised as part of a language week during the term.
We encourage families to host the English team to give their children more
opportunities to practice English
Cost: The cost of a team of 5 for a 30 hour programme (5 weekdays) is 20,000 NKR
2. Making English Learning Fun: (For Primary Schools)
This 2 day seminar will revolutionize the English class of any primary teacher. Workshops will

Lesson Planning : What are the elements of a great language lesson plan. How can
a school create a strategic long term plan?

English through games- Games bring excitement and joy to the classroom. Learn
games you can use to develop listening, speaking and reading and writing.

English through Music and theatre: Use role play, drama and music to liven your
classroom. Learn some drama techniques that can be used regularly in enrich your
lessons:

3. Cosmoville Language Activity books (Primary): English
Are you struggling to make your language lessons fun? Try the Cosmoville pupil activity
books available at 4 ability levels for primary. The story of Cosmoville is modern
cosmopolitan city with people of different nationalities, ages, professions and personalities
living in the city. The masks of each character in the city are made available to the children,
enabling them to have fun role playing various real life scenarios.
