The tree is an attractive, large specimen with a rounded and dense canopy demonstrating good vitality and is one of two trees to the school frontage. Mature 40+ This tree lies to the east of T 01 and is a similarly sized A 1 & 2 specimen with a rounded and dense habit. The tree also shows good vitality with some suckering growth to the base. Mature 40+ 2 no. Elm trees located to a narrow, soft area adjacent A 1 & 2 to the pavement on Eldon Road. The trees have been pollarded and therefore have a reduced crown but show good vitality. One of the trees: (i) has two separate areas of bracket fungus to the main trunk which may merit further investigation.
