‫במסגרת הסמינריון נעסוק בתהליכים של קבלת החלטות בקונטקסט הפלילי‪ ,‬בעיקר בהבחנה בין אמת לבין שקר‪.‬‬
‫מטרת הסמינריון לחשוף את הסטודנטים לסוגיות תיאורטיות מרכזיות בתחום ולמתודה המחקרית הנהוגה בו‪.‬‬
‫במסגרת הסמינריון יתנסו הסטודנטים בתכנון ובביצוע מחקר ניסויי ובכתיבת דו"ח מחקר בפורמט של מאמר מדעי‪.‬‬
‫ב‪ .‬תוכן הקורס‪:‬‬
‫השיעורים הראשונים של סמסטר א' יוקדשו לדיון בספרות המדעית העדכנית לגבי קבלת החלטות בקונטקסט הפלילי‬
‫ובשיטות המחקר המקובלות בתחום‪ ,‬ולמתן הנחיות לגבי ביצוע המחקר וכתיבת העבודה‪ .‬במחצית השנייה של‬
‫הסמסטר יגבשו הסטודנטים הצעת מחקר‪ ,‬בהנחיית המרצה‪ ,‬ובסופו יגישו הסטודנטים דו"ח קצר הכולל את תוכנית‬
‫המחקר (השערות ‪+‬שיטה) לאישור המרצה‪.‬‬
‫במחצית הראשונה של סמסטר ב' יעסקו הסטודנטים בהרצת המחקר ובעיבוד נתוניו‪ .‬במחצית השנייה של הסמסטר‬
‫יציגו הסטודנטים בכיתה את עבודת המחקר שלהם‪.‬‬
