Assessment Process
The testing content will vary dependent on the pathway/s you apply for. If you apply for
multiple pathways you may be required to undertake more than one test.
We are also conducting affirmative measures selection processes for people with disability
and people who are Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.

Stage 1 – Completion of the online application form (inclusive of a two page pitch reflecting your
suitability for our preferred candidate profile, a two page CV and a copy of your transcript to date).
Stage 2 – Candidates who meet eligibility criteria will then be invited to undertake an Abstract
Reasoning cognitive test.
Stage 3 – Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a Skype interview that will be
conducted in mid-July / early August 2017. When you have confirmed your interview you will also be
invited to complete an online written assessment.
Opportunity through learning
Stage 4 – Candidates who are rated ‘suitable’ will be invited to undertake a Values Inventory Test.
Stage 5 – Prior to offers of employment your nominated referees will be contacted.
