Dear Miller School Families,
I believe the point of Thanksgiving is to remember the
things we have to be grateful for. It's our special time
to give thanks... not just for the obvious, like food, but
for the thousands of fortunate moments and the
multitude of blessings that we receive each year. I
personally and professionally have so much to be
thankful for.
I wish my all of my Miller friends and their families a
very special Thanksgiving filled with happiness, love
and time to share your blessings.

---------------------------------------------LOST & FOUND-School Bus
Renee from Dee Bus informed me that the
company’s LOST & FOUND is overflowing
with items. She invites you to come to the bus
company if your child has lost clothing, lunch
box, books, etc.
PLEASE LABEL all items. It breaks my heart
to see brand new winter jackets in the school’s
lost & found bin. If a name was written
somewhere inside the jacket, I am more than
happy to find the owner.

Happy Thanksgiving,
Mrs. Mullavey
The staff of the Miller School sends many
thanks to Mrs. Dolan (site-based coordinator)
and the entire parent volunteer team who so
graciously donated food, paper products and
their time in support of the staff efforts during
parent/teacher conferences. We thoroughly
enjoyed the variety of food choices as well ideas
for new recipes to try.
Thank you!
REMINDER…
Grade 2 Yearbook cover contest deadline is
December 10. This contest is for grade two students
only. No late entries will be accepted.
SHOUT OUT TO…Mrs. Rose
Thank you goes out to Mrs. Rose (site-based
coordinator) who chaired our movie night. We
were fortunate to have raised $1,150. I also
thank all families who attended and supported
our goal to raise monies for new technologies in
the school. This week I purchased two more
iPod Touches for an additional classroom!
Thank you!

SHOUT OUT TO…Mrs. Clermont
Mrs. Clermont collaboratively worked with all bus
drivers to actively support and reinforce bus safety.
The bus drivers submit a “Safe Bus” report each week
and the bus driver along with the students who receive
the most AM &PM safe runs are recognized for their
efforts. Check out our “SAFE BUS” wall near the bus
doors.
