State Deferred Maintenance Categories
Each NSHE institution has prioritized its respective deferred maintenance projects (that were submitted to the State Public Works Division (SPWD) for the 2017-2019
CIP recommendation) using the criteria below. The criteria for prioritization are the same criteria used by the staff of the State Public Works Division to establish their
recommendations to the State Public Works Board. Because these criteria were established for all State agencies and facilities, not all prioritization areas may be
applicable to NSHE facilities.
