POLICY 5 GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS A. D ATES 1. TS shall hold general membership meetings at least once each year, one designated the Annual General Meeting. 2. The President or Executive Committee shall set the day and time of the meetings. B. SITE LOCATION The Executive Committee or the Board of Directors shall designate the location of general membership meetings. C. ORDER OF BUSINESS The order of business at each general meeting of TS shall be as follows but may be modified by the presiding officer. 1. Call to order 2. Roll call 3. Credentials Report 4. Approval of minutes 5. Reports shall be in written form and provided to the delegates in a Book of Reports. a. President b. SecretaryÂTreasurer Policy 5 1 c. Vice President-Youth d. Vice President-Amateurs e. State Coaching and Player Development Administrator f. State Referee Administrator g. District Directors h. Executive Director i. Committees 6.Old Business 7. New Business 8. Presentation of TS Budget 9. Revisions of Constitution and Bylaws 10. Election of Officers 11. Adjournment D. AGENDA 1. Specific agenda items must be submitted to the State Office at least 30 days prior to the meeting. 2. Agenda items submitted should include explanations or documentation concerning the topic as appropriate for consideration by the membership. 3. Modification of the TS Constitution and/or Bylaws may occur at the Annual General Meeting. 4. Constitution and Bylaw changes must be submitted to the State Office at least 60 days in advance of the Annual General Meeting. Policy 5 2
