All purchases of alcoholic beverages MUST stay on Balmoral House property.

If outisde food or alcoholic beverage is brought onto the premises, with the exception of
approved specialty cakes; a $500 fine will added to the final bill.
Décor Rules: no nails, screws, staples or penetrating items are to be used on the walls, floors
or ceiling. Only low tack tape is allowed on the walls and floors.
All pricing excludes additional rentals, sales tax, food & beverage tax and service & gratuity;
these items will be added to the final billing
