Quality Control
In the whole production process, Fenix will control the quality strictly and keep practicing the concept of exquisite
goods for you. Oriented the high-end illumination market with the main market in North America and Europe, the major
principle is good quality. And the good quality are expressed in every detail, such as the perfect welding in the circuit
board. Fenix has produced the key parts by himself for a long time Fenix and the self-produced parts expand
continuously to control the quality more perfectly.
Fenix has his own anodizing factory, CNC factory to guarantee the supply and quality of key parts. The quality
inspection of all parts are extremely strict. Fenix writes and adopts the complete parts inspection and test program. For
the parts produced by other company, Fenix also provide some training plan for the suppliers to manufacture goodquality parts. Fenix will continue to test relative important parts one by one when the materials arrive.

Product Warranty
We will replace products afflicted with manufacturing defects within 15 days of purchase and repair a light
free of charge within 24 months of purchase if problems develop with normal use; if repair is required after
24 months from the date of purchase, we will charge for parts. The total repair fee is dictated by the cost of
the replaced materials.
Product Registration
We kindly suggest that you register your product on the official website for Fenixlight Limited
(www.fenixlight.com). You can get an extra six-month warranty period once you have successfully
registered. By participating in an optional customer survey, you are entered in a drawing for free Fenix
