e-newsletter for 2014. As an Institute we promise to be at your service
and are open to ideas, comments, and criticism from you our members.
In our quest to remain relevant we shall be posing a probing question
on each Issue so as to generate debate amongst HR practitioners. Our

CPD’S: The Institute partnered several organizations in 2013 in offering
in-house training in courses such as Workers Committee training,
Discipline Management, Supervisory Management training, Effective
Selling skills and other such courses. We would like to thank the
members who supported their Institute with such training opportunities
and would like to appeal to other members to also consider us to solve
your training needs. We have a large pool of renowned facilitators we
are partnering with to deliver such workshops and we do cover even
non HR related courses. Next time your organization needs a trainer

2014 and beyond: In this era where organizations are grappling
with so many challenges, let us as HR practitioners play our part.
We need to claim our rightful place in the organizations we serve
and move away from this backroom mentality. As an Institute we
shall be running training workshops to update our Practitioners
skills and empower you to deal with the ever changing dynamics
at the work place. One such workshop will be the HR Anti-fraud
training which has been necessitated by the increasing incidences
of fraud at the workplace. Please contact [email protected]
