Drop in to your local children centre to pick up an application form for the 2 year old and 3 and 4 year old offer. You can speak to staff for
information and advice about whether your child is eligible for the two year old offer. If your child is eligible, ask for information about where to
find a place for your child at a local childcare provider. ALL children are eligible for the three and four year old offer.
