STEP 1.
-
Remove all accessories from box and place to the side.
-
Using an extra person for heavy lifting, carefully remove the main assembly from the box.
-
KEEP all packing and packaging materials during the warranty period in case of returns.
Signwarehouse.com does not accept returns that are not in the original packaging.
STEP 2.

STEP 3.

Illustration 3.2
-
Using a Phillips screw driver, remove the (3) silver screws as shown in the illustration from both sides
and detach the media brackets. Save the screws as these will be used for assembly. NOTE: The media
brackets are mounted on the opposite sides for packaging purposes only. Take both sides completely off.
-
If the tensioner bar is in the way, it can be slid forward and backwards to allow more access to the
screws.
STEP 4.
-
Using the (3) of the silver screws previously removed from the sides & a Phillips screwdriver, attach the
Right side media bracket as shown in the illustration.
-
The side with the Drive Belt MUST be mounted on the Right hand side.
-
Mount the Left hand bracket to the Left side using the remaining (3) silver screws.
STEP 5.
-
Slide (2) media flanges onto (1) of each roller bars as shown in the illustration. The smaller diameter
side will fit into a media core so they must face into each other
-
There are Phillips screws that are used to hold the media stationary while in operation. These do not
need to be secured prior to media installation, but should be once media has been installed.

-
The media bars will now be installed. The ends of the bar that are solid round will fit into the Left side
bracket.
-
You will notice the opposite end of the media bars has a slot in it; this is to fit in the slot on the Right
end bracket as seen in illustration 6.2. You may need to turn the Media Tensioner Knob to turn the slot
so that the media bar fits correctly.
-
Repeat these steps for the lower media bar as well. Illustration 6.1 show the final assembly of the media
bars into the media brackets.
STEP 7.
-
Using the 1.25” aluminum Flat Head screw, insert one into each wheel control knob.
Insert each into the Left and Right control knobs and tighten with a Flat Head screwdriver. Be careful
not to over tighten the screws as this may break the plastic pieces.
STEP 8.
-
Connect the Pedal Control cable into the rear port on the main assembly. This is a keyed fit; do not force
plug into place. Check to make sure the plug is orientated to easily push into receptacle and then secure
by threading into place.
