together to build a 13-foot, aluminum diamond plate floor trailer for the Ft. Worth Stock
Show Ag Mechanics Contest. Equipped with a solar powered electric winch and a builtin tie down system, the project was impressive enough to wow the judges and earn a
first place win. Seniors Jeffery Money, Jacob Hignight, and Doran Hutchison along with
junior Dalson Lee brought home prizes for their first place win that included a Lincoln
Welder and various shop supplies. The team will enter their trailer in the Houston
Livestock Show Agricultural Mechanics Project contest in March.
