Role: Marketing Manager
In addition to completing the online Application form, please also send us a 3-5 minute
video of yourself answering the following 7 questions.
Note, the video does not need to be professionally filmed, a smartphone video,
video taken on a tablet or webcam will be fine.
Please present yourself on the video as though you were at work.
1. Introduce yourself. Explain why you are interested in this job and
emphasise why you consider yourself to be a strong candidate (the
objective is to get us to want to invite you for interview!)
2. Describe how your current boss and colleagues would describe you
3. Share with us some examples of your marketing that you are most proud
of (you can share this on the video or if easier just talk about it and email

4. How do you measure/ evaluate the success of your marketing?
5. What do you love doing most within your role? What don't you enjoy?
6. What really gets you excited about coming to work and what
environment most stimulates you?
