TENNIS BALLS Manager Message by Kendrick Wilson, General Manager Today marks the end of my second week as GM here at Red Mountain Ranch Country Club. I have loved getting to know the members and the staff here and I have realized that the Club is a very special place. My goal in the coming months is to discover our identity and create an environment where good food, great people and fun combine to make memories to last a lifetime. Since I have been here I have been inspired by the peaceful ranchlike atmosphere framed by the silhouette of Red Mountain. I would like to solidify our identity by expanding on these feelings and bring us back to the southwestern oasis that old-time celebrity cowboys including Tom Mix used to enjoy back in the day. We have several boxes of used tennis balls available to anyone who can use them. Great for schools, kids, pets etc. Stop by the Fitness Center and pick up a box if you or anyone you know can use them. Staff Spotlight: Executive Chef Jeremy Larkin Executive Chef Jeremy Larkin joined the RMRCC team in 2007. Growing up in San Antonio for over 23 years, Jeremy’s love of Texas BBQ and Mexican influences have inspired his culinary creations giving them a unique Arizona attitude. (click above flyer to enlarge) Hit for the Cure October 15, 2011 Jeremy has been in the hospitality industry for 12 years and graduated from Scottsdale Culinary Institute in 2003. He worked his way through the ranks at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass and was also part of the culinary team at Kai that was awarded the AAA Five Diamond Award. In addition to his culinary degree, Jeremy earned a Bachelors degree in Communications Technical Writing from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Chef Larkin is working diligently to use his BBQ and Southwestern influences to bring us a spectacular menu this fall that we can all enjoy.
